For me, the difference appears to be only about $5/month, though depending on your arrangement (at least what I agreed upon with my dealer), the selling price of my car will be reduced by about $200 to meet the agreed upon payment. Still anxiously waiting to take delivery!

I'm waiting as well, completion at the factory is scheduled for 4/14, hoping for an early May delivery!

Took delivery yesterday and couldn't be happier! $40,195 MSRP with a selling price of $35,220 for $346/month with just taxes and fees due at signing. Over 12% off of sticker price. Thank you all for your help.

Can you please provide MF, Residual and incentives for a 2022 Clubman S All4 Signature for a 36/30,000 mile lease in 05446 and 03303? I'm told that the only incentive is $2500 factory incentive for current owners ordering a new Mini....can you confirm this?

FYI For those looking, I've had several dealers confirm that Mini is offering a $2,000 Pre-Order Bonus. Not sure if that's everywhere or just in New England or on which models since we're only interested in a Countryman. Made it a pretty easy choice, pick through what's left of the 2021's with a $2,000 incentive or order a 2022 exactly how you want it with more features and the same incentive, MF & Residual. After lot's of emails ended up paying invoice less the $2,000 incentive.

Looking at possibly exiting my 2019 MINI Cooper Convertible lease a bit early (low mileage, with higher value than payoff). Considering a 2022 MINI Cooper Convertible Iconic or S Convertible Iconic for 36 months, 7,500 miles (we only have 10,500 miles on our 2 year 3 month old MINI). Zip code is 28262, though doubt that matters much for the Convertible.
