PA taxes the monthly payment. But, the rate is +3% over your local sales tax rate.
(if your local tax is 7%, then the lease tax rate is 10%)

All new orders from 03/01 on appear to be 2023 models (per my dealer who is handling my order).

There are rumors of residual changes coming, but we shall see when 2023s actually start to hit stateside for orders.

24 months is the shortest term available, but it isn't good. 36 months to get the best deal.

Called LA dealer, got 61% residual for 36/10k on 2023 cooper S convertible- car expected at dealership in 3-4 weeks and can lock MF at 0.00208. Car will be leased at msrp if I lock the deal. MF seems on the high side so trying to find the actual buy rate.

Looks like my 2023 MINI Cooper S Convertible (Iconic) is finally being built and they are tracking towards a July delivery. I know we won't have rates yet for July (and things can change), but to get an idea what I can expect, can I get the rates for 36/10 in 28262 and any incentives.
