Hello all- new here and honestly I don’t understand any of these numbers. I am currently leasing an X5 with lease set to expire December 3. I am paying $600 now and want a similar payment for a 2021 or 2022 lease. How can I make that happen? One dealer offered me some incentives but even with the incentives the numbers were way too high. It's unlikely that you'll get anywhere close to $600/mo on a new X5, given the current market conditions. You may have to adjust your expectations.

Hi, I received some lease numbers. What are the inception fees? Tax, title, doc fee? The payments seem pretty high if they marked it up. Wanting to know if there are any incentives for 2022 BMW X5 X40i. I have two builds. Wondering if they will take off 6-12% granted I'm aware of the low inventory. They want me to build it. I'm looking for 36mos/10k. Please let me know what this would be with $0 down and $1k down.

Do I ever have to put down 1st month or is that a gimmick to consider it a down payment to collect more from consumer. Any help is appreciated. I don't want to get ripped off.

I'm guessing the numbers on the right are for purchase, not lease, as the tax amount looks too high. IL taxes the sum of the monthly payments and collects that amount up front.

We recommend you pay the first payment and any government fees (license, title, registration) up front, and add everything else, including taxes, to the monthly payment.

No incentives for the 2022 X5, this month.

Nobody is geting much off MSRP - in fact, many deals are being made at a price above MSRP.

If you special order it, negotiate all the terms and prices when you place the order - price, no markup to MF, etc. Once the car comes in, you lose your leverage.

Without all the numbers that support the payment, I can't really comment.

Ask them for a screen shot of their internal lease worksheet.
