    Anyone in SoCal actually able to get a dealer to offer more than 4% below MSRP and MF of .00136? Not one single dealer offered MF of .00136 with top tier credit.

    Plz help me figure this out. I ordered a 2022 X5 M50. MSRP 91395. I’m being offered a $1k discount since I have a 2019 X5 40i. Lease payment term of 3yrs/10k. Dealer said they will buy my current lease which is up in about a month. My payoff is $43631 my old X5 only has 18627 miles on it due to the pandemic. The dealer has offered to buyout the lease and use what they are saying $45K equity price to give me a deal of 1429/month for a lease with 0 down. And a finance deal of 1447 3.99% for 72 months. How do I evaluate these options. Thank you.

    I’m leaning towards buying the 2022 X5 M50. However, the dealer is not budging on the interest rate being offered. BMW financial is offering 2.49 for 60 months and the dealer is at 3.99. Advise? Thoughts? Thank you.

    Considering a X5 xDrive45e, My question is does BMW pass off to the customer as incentive any of the 7500 tax credit on leases?

    Also what are the current incentives, RV and MF for the X5 xDrive45e and the X5 sDrive40i?

    Not sure if you can help assist on BMWFS financing numbers, but for 60 months, 10k down on the 45e, will it be 2.99% for top credit? Any incentives that differ here, I believe theres a $750 CA clean rebate

    Thanks. I pushed back on that and they apologized. Said they were mistakenly looking at the 4 series credit. OK, whatever LOL

    I'm probably going to get a 60m loan at the top tier 2.9% apr. Can't bring myself to lease this car. at 3.8% with 49% RV. First time in probably 20 years I purchased a car but these are strange times. Bought out the lease on the current car and sold it on Autotrader in 7 days for a $10k profit. Thats only the second time in my LIFE that I had equity in a lease at the end. Definitely strange times.
