Can someone share what finance deals you get for the new 2022 X5 xDrive40i? I ordered one, waited for 2 month to arrive to the dealership and now the dealer lowballing on my trade. So far the best deal I got for the new X5 is $1000 (loyalty credit) bellow MSRP while other dealers want $5000 above MSRP. Also, the finance rate is negotiable. Some dealers do not want to do anything about it and others are able to match credit union's rate. Can someone share their experience?

What is MSRP ? How long you will need to wait for the car to arrive? Are you trading in ?

MSRP is $75,520. I am in a X6 lease for 2 more months but can extend. The X6 I got $1k over invoice but seems that today it's a bit different. Might make sense to buy and get the credit, agree..

Where did you find the MF of .00158? I called 4 BMW dealerships in MA and they all told me .00198. I have very good credit and was "approved" for .00198. Am I able to see the actual rate the lease company at BMW offered to make sure BMW isnt adding a % point? Thank you.

BMWFS allows dealers to markup the rate by .00040, for extra profit.

sorry for the not lease question, but is $2,500 off MSRP a decent deal right now on the X5? I am used to getting so much more than that, but I know it's tight on availability right now so it makes sense prices are higher. Just trying to gauge if that is fair

Is there pull ahead program available for early return that waves two month of payments?
And Can I use the ultimate driving experience credit of $1000.00 towards pre ordered X5?
I ordered it on early Feb, 2022 and I just got the UDE credit from recent UDE event.

What dealership is offering $2500 off MSRP ? any fees they add to recoup their discount ? I'm receiving MSRP minus $1000 loyalty credit.

If the car is financed via BMFS can the car loan be refinanced in few days right after the car was purchased from the dealer? Will the dealer get penalized if I refinance so quickly with another bank ? Thank you !
