Hi folks - general question but is MF higher (and Residuals lower) than we've seen historically for the X5?

Trying to determine if 1) MF/Residuals are less favorable right now or 2) because it's much harder/not possible to negotiate the MSRP down and thus a higher monthly.

MF has effectively doubled since last fall, and the lack of discounting from MSRP makes the lease payment substantially higher.

Just a bad time to be leasing anything, frankly.

But, the used market is bound to correct, at some point, but I couldn't hazard a guess as to when.

Four years, just to take advantage of being in warranty the entire time.

Hi. Should I expect any dealer to honor the MF and residual advertised by the BMW USA for an X5 XDrive40i or will all mark up? All the dealers that I call/visit in Washington are marking up the lease MF and they say "of course, we mark up". They all use 0.0023 instead of 0.0019.
