Wow, excellent RV.
Seems like a great deal compared to X5 and X6 on both MF and RV, but will they discount as much on the car, that will be next question since X5 always leases better because they historically pushed good discounts off MSRP.

Just a heads up ... you won't get anywhere close to your last lease payment, this time around. MF are up, RV is down, and price discounts are pretty close to non-existent.

I haven't seen a 1% lease (payment of 1% of MSRP) in a long time. Closer to 1.5%, now.

My last X5 was 70k MSRP, my monthly payment is (6 months left) $880 with only $1500 due at signing ($400 of which went to dealer doc) rest was for bank fee/dmv/1st month, which most of it went to 1st month rest built in.

2021 Model x5 had 0.00099 MF and 56% on 10k/36 at the time. Ah, nostalgia.

Not only RV is down, MF is up, MSRPs also up.
Which is why I am considering 5 series instead of another X5, although if they give a good deal on 23' model I might pick one up. There is definitely equity on my X5 right now.

I got disappointed with the steering wheel feedback.

The Edmunds calculator showed MF 0.00165 for M550i.

I asked for 36/12 lease
90046 (dealer's location 91362)

The salesperson told me that dealer has to add 40 points to it, and the real MF would be 0.00205.
I thought whatever MF is it stays the same. Was I wrong?
