I was thinking the same thing - we've seen lots of members reporting lease payments that are 30-50% higher than their previous lease.

My guess is that monthly payments are anywhere between 20% to 30% higher when compared to 3 to 4 years ago

Anything more than that means an uninformed buyer

Most people do not appreciate the intensity of the incoming recession

My suggestion is that if you can wait then give yourself a year whether it’s a car or a computer

If it’s a house then wait two to three years!

If you could roll (usually doesn’t happen) this 250 then effectively I am paying 954/955 a month

Returned a leased car for which they waived everything in terms of potential damage to the car that is usually billed by BMW (there wasn’t any but usually charges for dings scratches and parts add up)

I was aiming for 890 to 925 range but they weren’t even offering anything close so had to give in not to mention other dealers offered far worse

You can also adjust my effective monthly based on the fact that BMW charges you anywhere from 500 to 1500 on lease end depending on the level of unacceptable wear and tear + parts that may need replacement including brakes and tires (I am not talking about lease disposition fee) - this waiver itself is worth some money!
