I’m trying to back into the math they are using here but I’m struggling. This is a lease estimate on a 23 M550. I’m in Texas for sales tax purposes but I just can’t back into their payment numbers. I’m targeting 10/36

I do have a car I’m trading in with roughly 10k in equity but I’m taking the equity out.

Any help would be appreciated

Looks like you are getting tax credits applied, which helps your deal immensely.

If I assume that the "Market Value Selling Price" is MSRP, and the "Balance" is the adjusted cap cost, I get $1463/mo.

MF could be marked up, or my assumptions could be wrong. Ask the dealer for a screen shot of their internal lease worksheet.

Question if I electronically signed a November lease but the car is out of state and I have not taken delivery - can I back out? They are mailing me additional papers to sign so it seems like nothing is in effect yet?

You'll have to ask the dealer. I'm not a lawyer. But, electronic signatures are no different than signing in person.

You may be able to back out, in any case, if you haven't taken delivery, but don't expect the dealer to continue doing business with you.

Assuming the $3500 takes care of all your up front costs, and subtracting the discount and loyalty from MSRP, I get $780/mo, plus tax.

Lots of assumptions in that number, so take it with a shaker of salt.
