So far as I know, the APR is national.

I think 740 or higher is top tier credit for BMW

P.s. Looks like 2024 rules around lease credits changed.

$7,500 at point of sale for lease credit - if bank pass it on.

Bad news is it looks like BMW are not on the list. Unless I’m reading something wrong. The gov kept mfgs close to their chests, unsurprisingly. May affect our decision to go after an x5 after all. The $7,500 was a strong factor.

Then again maybe BMW will do what Porsche did last year with the Taycan- Porsche provided straight $7,500 discount. Likely to hit their sales numbers for the market.

Using the MSRP and "Balance" amounts, with the MF and RV I provided above, I get $1468/mo.

I'd want to know the specific breakdown of the $6434 up front - first payment is included, but what else? Likely taxes and some fees - in your link, you assume all of it is going to cap reduction, which is wrong.

Also, what adjusted cap cost is the dealer using for their quote, and how is it different from the numbers you're using?

The Perma Plate, Nitro and Doc Fee adds up to almost $1600 of junk value.
