Also once I have these numbers, How do calculate the lease payment.

My broker said he’ll be able to get 4.4-5,5% off msrp from a build. So how much should I aim for msrp with zero down and about 1k monthly payment

Plenty of lease calculators on the internet, including one here at Edmunds.

Doubt you can get an X5M for around $1000/mo. Even the 40i will be close to that payment, depending on how many options you add to it.

My wife is fixed on upgrading to a 24 X5 this new lease cycle and frankly I have quite a bit of sticker shock. All that aside, I want to make sure these numbers are fair. She priced out a build (the code is f8slk4x4) MSRP $74595. S-Drive40. The car would need to be ordered.

The dealer quoted:

If we order this build the payments will be:

36 months
10k miles per year
With $4k down $1,305 tax in
With $6k down $1,243 tax in

With Approved credit over 740 score tier 1

Does this sound right? Appreciate any guidance!

What's going on with X5's lately. I think they really alienated core BMW drivers with the near all-digital cockpit and control panel and that horrible slap-on looking dash.
I am still keeping an eye on the numbers in case I can get a nice enough discount off MSPR but I will continue to check other brands as well.
