Looking at a dealer loaner car which dealer says is still active however dealer says it does not qualify for the $9900 lease credit. Is that correct?

We would have no way of knowing about an individual unit.

But, if the $9900 is invalid, there should be other incentives/discounts to make up for it. If not, look for another vehicle.

Thank you, there's an advertised $18000 off original MSRP but car has approx 3000 miles on it.

Appears to be a decent discount. You'll have to account for a possibly lower residual, though.

Does anyone know if I should be able to use any lease program between the month of the order and the month the car gets delivered? I am now being told by my dealer that that mid-November/December 0.0005 MF program is not lockable and cannot be used now.

Generally, you can lock a program. But, it's possible that was a special that was only good for the months it was offered. You are the 2nd member who has related this story, so it may be legit.

This is the "suggested" dealer contribution BMW notes on the offers on their website. Every dealer/market will be different but I would consider invoice (6K) more acceptable given the market conditions. At the end of the day if you are happy w/ the deal take it.

What could be the difference that made the monthly payment lower? Did they reduce the MF?
