    BMW allows dealers to mark up the rate by .00040. I'll let you do the math.

    The residual is definitely 54%.

    If they are quoting 53%, it's for 36/12, or it's a 2023 model.

    Hi, if I'm reading this correctly, BMW didn't make any changes for December? Since their programs are national a 35/7,500 ix is still RV=55%, MF=.00050, lease credit=$9,900 and no loyalty or other incentives. Is this all correct? Also, any incentives on 2023s and are the lease terms the same? Thanks in advance!

    Is it normal that the jump in residual from 15k to 12k is 2% rather than 1%? Couple dealers and brokers I've been speaking with seem confused and are quoting 36/7500 at 54%.
