The money factors are correct. Guess you haven't been around long enough... lol

Each MSD is .00005 reduction, so the max will be between 4 to 7, depending on which model.

There is no B6 engine option for 2024.

Yes, the numbers are different for Black vs. Dark theme.

Why do you want different terms for AWD vs. FWD?

Hello, I am in zip code 20852 (maryland), looking for Money factor and residual for 2024 B5 S60 Plus AWD Dark Theme. Currently basing deal on MSRP car at $50,695. They say right now they do not have any incentives in the deal except a $500 partner discount. As I have just started shopping I do not have very specific numbers but I have two dealers competing and they have come up with $580/month if I put 3k down (plus first month payment). This is for 36 months/15k per year lease. I don't believe this is a bad deal but I feel like I got to this number fairly quickly, so there may be more room. What say you?

$1500 lease bonus, which is a factory to dealer incentive and should be reflected in the selling price.

Be advised that in MD, you pay sales tax on the entire selling price, even on a lease, which makes the payment more than in other states.

When you say the $1500 lease bonus should be reflected in selling price does that mean before a dealer discount off MSRP or after? I am all too aware of MDs terrible lease tax system.

Technically, part of any discount the dealer offers you.

For example, if the dealer gives you a price of $750 below MSRP, then you are actually paying $750 above MSRP, considering the incentive.

I noticed volvo's money factor is extremely low.. especially for this environment. Is this some sort of limited time incentive that you know of? It is clearly lowering the monthly payment Im being quoted compared to other similarly priced cars. I am surprised they are not promoting this fact to me.. but it is clearly what is helping the deal

We have no insight as to what, if anything, may change from month to month.

They could use a higher MF, but add in a big incentive - it's all about the end result payment.

They took off a $1500 lease incentive and a $500 incentive for the company I work for. Then, they reduced the price by $4,945. So, the price before taxes is: $43750
+Dealer Fee: $500
+Tax: $2685
+Title/License/Reg: $351
+Acquisition Fee: $995
Money Factor: .00037
Residual: 50% for a 36 month/15k lease.

Any fees not gov't related are taxable (acquisition fee, for example). The $500 company related incentive is also taxed.

Remember that the first payment is part of that $3K down, so the amount of cap reduction is less.

Payment looks about right, but I'm making a few guesses along the way.
