Obviously, they don't have to give it to you, if they are quoting you a higher rate. But, now you know.

Upfront dealer charges are $2696 plus first month payment of $1481so remaining amount from $7000 is being used for cap reduction. Also, I made a mistake in MSRP earlier, correct MSRP is $110K.

Does $1481/month still look good for this deal?

One more thing I learned from the dealer is MRM of Cayenne base is $107K so anything more than this price is not residualized for lease. Is that why you are getting $40 than $1481 ?

Ask the dealer for a screen shot of their internal lease worksheet, which should give us all the numbers to fully evaluate the quote.

Cap cost is $100,514
$2877 cap reduction
7K down on delivery

$1481/month with 10K miles/39 months

Does above look Ok ?

This is what I got from the dealer

I get $1435/mo, pre-tax, with those numbers (using the MRM of $107,100 as the MSRP)

Certainly in the ballpark.
