FYI: Imagestation is using a different url for viewing pics as links. I think I've figured it out though.

I fixed the image caption, it is an STI interior shot, not a Outback. :P

DW sat in her first FXT today. She like leather seats, doesn't think the FXT cloth seats are that comfy. Guess that means I drive it then
Lots of traffic in the Subaru area. On the contrary, the Kia area was virtually a ghost town. The speaker guy there was practically talking to himself.
The Subaru reps gals didn't have any information about pricing or the WB radio in the Outback (pic of the radio doesn't show it on there like the other radios do).
-Brian
So, did Subaru actually let the public sit in the 2005 models?

I did, however, catch a glimpse of a white Legacy GT wagon and a orangish-metallic OB wagon (both new chassis) on my last day on the way to the airport! Both looked quite nice. The Legacy GT was quite subtle. I only recognized it due to the angled taillights and hatch mounted reverse lights. The OB, on the other hand, had a unique presence that immediately stood out.
Also, I grabbed a JDM Car & Driver on the way back and they had an interesting article on the used sport wagon market in Japan. Not surprisingly, the Legacy is the most sought after wagon in Japan. The second most popular wagon is the Accord 3rd Wagon.

My DW wanted to feel what the Forester leather seats felt like, unfortunately the other Foresters there were w/o it. I don't think the Outback leather seats would be a fair comparison. So, we have an internal battle 'on-the-fence' between a XT and an XT premium (she doesn't think the Katskins would make the cloth seats any more comfortable).

It takes a bit of messing around to separate the picture URL.
Cheers Pat.
Like the photo above, I had to right-click it to get it to display.
One easy way to get the url for the photo you want to link:
- go to your album and find the photo you want
- view it through imagestation so that it has their 'new' blue picture view screen.
- right click the photo and choose properties - you'll see the url to copy there.

Nice pic of the donut and spare tire well. It looks deep enough for wider tires if you remove the foam, but I'm not sure it'll fit a taller full-size tire. Guess we'll have to try.
Bruce: I've used those also. T-Mobile's service is spotty so we stopped ordering them. I simplified and got a simple cell phone instead.

Glad you can see 'em. :-)

Since Edmunds is the only site I am having bother with I do not think the problem is my provider.
Cheers Pat.
The Message Center in particular is very slow today.

I'm more into photography and adventure. One picture that I haven't been able to capture from Moab is a decent Delicate Arch shot during sunset (a very popular shot, but there's a different angle I want to try). Maybe this year...
I've done quite a bit of hiking in Arches, Deadhorse, Canyonlands, and Zions. Out of all those experiences, the highlight has been hiking the Narrows in Zion National Park, where you work your way up a gorgeous slot canyon that is filled with a river. Amazing, humbling...and exhausting. The river current really takes it out of you. Specialized river shoes, neoprene socks, and a walking stick were most helpful, which we had the fortunate foresight of renting from a local company.

Some people just insist on taking chances. You have to respect Mother Nature and play by her rules.
Took advantage of the new log-in/registration hoopla to get a username consistent with my e-mail address, as well as resolve some security concerns at my house.
Same ol' fireman, just a different badge.
