I got 07 auto black on black w/ Nav..for $27,699 w/ protection pkg from Acura of Glendale. I believe mine was the last B on B they had in stock. Acura Santa Monica had one left when I was shopping but they wanted more. Glendale seems to be the lowest in this area.
Looking at the new incentives, I'm thinking I can get the TSX w/NAV for $27,000 before T/T. Holdback is 3%, and with the $1000 marketing support I'm calculating true invoice as $26,359.20 based on an MSRP of $30,760.
Hey scraggs... i JUST bought my TSX today and live in NOVA. I think i got a good deal on it. I paid 27,900 OTD price. It was b on b... do u guys think i got a good deal??? Edit: Mine was also w/ navigation system!!! and got 2.9% APR for 36 months.
it was 27,000 plus tax and tags.. they also added 299 processing fee.... but we got it that also taken off... so he would go further down... so i paid 27900.
Hello Firefightryer007, do you mind telling me where you bought your TSX. I live in MD area and try to get a good deal on TSX w/o navigation. Thanks in advance for your help.
I really appreciate your help. Hopefully I can make it there this Satursday. So I guess I can shoot for 25,500 w/o navigation. By the way, did you get the all season mat, mud guard, truck tray..etc? Thanks!
No, I did not get any of that stuff. At that price he won't budge. I think the only thing that i got with it is wheel locks... but not sure... i'll find out on sunday when I go and complete the deal. The sales rep I dealt with was awesome... he was very nice and professional (he actually drives a porsche!!!). My car is just lying there... can't get it till sunday.... when I get back from Florida!!!The guy's name is Alexi and not sure if he works saturday, but I do know that he works sunday from noon till 5. Can't wait to get my car at noon on sunday!!!!! :shades:
Actually you might already be late for the 07s in terms of a good selection - you might get about the same deal on 08s by Sept and probably real good deals on 08s after the info about the 09 TSX comes out in late Sept/Oct.
Tax is standard... and it's 3.11% or something like that.... were u able to purchase ur vehicle today?? I believe you said you'll be going there today... hope you got it!!
I am interested in buying 07 TSX w/Navi, AT in north California. I was offered 500+invoice today. 1. how can I find invoice price in edmunds? what's the typical deal of this model invoice +/- $??? 2. does it have incentives now? 3. if I do not use financing program, can I get 1000 or 1500 down like TL? 4. what accessory should I ask to get? floor mats, wheel locks, ??? thanks in advance!
Additional incentives can be found on Acura's website. They vary based upon your zipcode.
3. Talk to your dealer.
4. Accessories are a personal decision based upon your specific needs. Most dealers add some accessories to the base models and are added to the price of the car. For example, the dealers add something called the weather protection package. This usually consists of mud flaps, rubber floor mats, wheel locks, and maybe a trunk liner. Check out Acura's website to see what are available, and make your selection from there. Get the accessories you want, not what are already on the car or what the dealer is pushing at a high upcharge. Keep in mind there are websites that sell accessories that may be cheaper then the dealers price.
Acura just finished offering (from memory) 1.9% for 36 months, and 3.9% for 60 months. Right now it's 2.9% for 36 months and 4.9% for 60 months, for both 07 and 08 TSX. I can't imagine them going any lower. To be honest, I'm surprised they are offering any deals on the 08's. They just arrived. If you are looking for an 07, the longer you wait the less selection will be available.
What kind of price is everyone paying for the 07 TSX Auto with Navi? I see other parts of the country are paying less than invoice. Is anyone seeing similar deals in the southeast? Does anyone know of an Acura dealer in the southeast or in Florida that offers good prices?
I am in Austin, TX. I spoke to the dealer and got a deal for 27800 + TTL. In addition to the car I get the tint, all season floor mats and the splash guards for the price. I was about to sign the documents tomorrow when my brother said since the resign is up for 2009 there might be chances for the 2008's to come in on a good deal. He asked me to wait till this dec and said I might get the same deal on the 2008. I'm prepared to wait till december if I can get a good deal on the 2008. Please advice.
If the 2009 is a radical change (ie diesel, SH-AWD, turbo) from the 2008, I would think great deals on the “dated” 2008’s would be available as the 2009’s hit the market. It’s simple supply vs demand, everyone wants the new toy. But it still unknown when the new model will be available. Some rumors have it coming out as early as spring of ’09.
We’ve bought Acura’s at the end of the model year in the past and managed to get amazing deals because the dealer wanted to get rid of the old models. We were more than happy to take the older cars off their hands because we didn’t like the new model. In our case, just because it’s newer doesn’t make it better, but we never told the dealer that. Selection was slim, but we got what we wanted.
But I wouldn’t be afraid to pull the trigger now if you found the right car for you. Would you rather be driving a new car for six months, or wait six months to save a few bucks and risk not getting the color/combination you want? On the other hand, Acura usually has some 'Holiday' specials, so maybe that would work out with your timeline.
07 w/Navi. 2.9% financing program. 26600 + TTL -> 29110 OTD have not got any accessory from dealers, even wheel locks. is it good deal in CA? Appreciate all helps from this forum. Special thanks to flats!
We bought our TSX, A/T w/navigation, on 07/06/07, for $27,631 before TTL, at Mcgrath Acura of Woodmont. Dealer included all weather mats, splash guards, and cargo net. Seems like they might discount the non-navi accordingly.
Looking at some recent purchases from another forum, here are some recent 2007 purchases (all prices shown below are price paid before tax/lic) :
7/2007 Non-Nav IL $27,250 7/2007 Non-Nav CA $28,000 6/2007 Non-Nav VA $26,125 6/2007 Non-Nav NY $26,671 6/2007 Non-Nav MD $25,997 7/2007 Nav CA $27,200 7/2007 Nav CA $28,000 6/2007 Nav TX $28,500 6/2007 Navi CA $27,489 6/2007 Navi CA $27,100 5/2007 Navi CA $27,745 5/2007 Navi CA $27,850
In my area, the lowest price I can get is $28,300 before TTL for the Navi. Hopefully this will answer your question.
I'm from Westchester, New York, and after looking at, at least the past 10 pages, I havent really seen anyone who have gotten deals in New York. Is there anyone who could tell me where they got their TSX from?
I'm set on a 2007 6-speed manual with navi, but does anyone know which dealerships in the tri-state area have offered good deals?
flats, wow, I am so surprised that the great savings by reading this forum and your efforts will be highly appreciated by all readers like me. on the other hand, to be fair, I have not got any accessory on it. people who get all season mats, wheel locks, cargo net, splash guards, and oil change service, which are the true cost too, and will be added to the total.
tsx_fan2 Send email to greentea_ca@yahoo.com, I will reply you with detail information. if need, I can call the sales guy to help you get the deal.
Sometimes dealers throw in some accessories, sometimes they don’t. Just arm yourself with all the information you can about pricing for the accessories. Why spend more for accessories then you have to. If the dealer will not throw in the accessories you want for free, ask their price and compare it to those you found online. It’s possible to get the accessories for almost half of what the dealership charges by going online. Reread this post for hint.
to tsx_fan2. I replied your email, and make sure that dealer did not add other accessories, otherwise, you probably need add sth to the total price. hope you will get yours soon!
This a follow-up to our TSX buying experience (see post #3334) at McGrath Acura of Westmont, IL. Almost bought another TSX, but spouse and I wanted a "variety" in the garage to choose from. After extensive research, decided on the 2007 TL. Called sales rep on phone and arranged pick-up. He picked us up at the train station, we did the paperwork, and drove home. Same kind of great deal - invoice, less marketing support, with accessories to boot. Mcgrath staff unparallelled - in our opinion, especially the sales rep. Call/see Dean - he is "Aces" in our book!
Looking at another forum for pricing in NY, here is what I found. Pricing is before TTL, all with navi.
05/07 $28,282 Hoodside, NY 01/07 $28,000 Woodside, NY
Check out my previous post #3364 containing pricing for other areas. But your price seems very good to me. Include the low APR currently available thru Acura, I'd say it's a win win situation.
I live on Long Island, NY and am looking to buy the TSX A/T with Navi. Did you purchase the 2007 or 2008? Your price seems pretty good to me. The best offer I got so far is $29,711. I guess I need to work these guys over a little bit more.
I went to the dealer with a friend yesterday and they have 2 07 TSX left. From the way the salesperson talk, I am sure I can get it for invoice which is about $26k.
At first I was thinking of the IS250 AWD, but it is almost 10k more expensive than the TSX for the same features/options.
any advice? if i do get the tsx, what kind of OTD price should i negotiate?
Great price and I'm pleased to hear about your positive experience at Motorcars. I've had horrible experiences with them in the past. Good to know they've cleaned up their act.
I own an MDX, but have a friend who wants a used TSX. Can she buy a low miles, 2-3 year old TSX in good shape, reasonably loaded, for less than $20K, or is the TSX holding its value better than that? I appreciate the insight. (DC area)
We just purchased a 2007 TSX, Manual, w/o Navigation, Carbon Grey with Quartz interior at Pohanka Acura on 7/26.
We paid $26,451 + $299 processing + 802.50 sales tax (3%) + $10 "online systems filing fee" + $49.50 for tags + $44.97 "dealer's business license tax" (0.17%). Total out the door of $27,656.97.
To get this price we had to take the Acura financing of either 2.9% for 3 years or 4.9% for 5 years, because apparently Acura gives the dealer a $1,000 rebate when you take the financing. As far as I can tell this is a "no fees" simple interest loan, so we can pay it off at any time.
(Oh, and they threw in a moonroof spoiler and wheel locks.)
They claimed they would give me an even better deal (maybe $600 less?) if I had taken one with the Silver exterior, since they supposedly had 3 in stock that they want to move. (Ours was brought in from another dealer on demand.)
I hope this information is useful to anyone in the market. Let me know if I can answer any questions.
Just purchased a 2007 TSX automatic without navigation for $25,700 + 245 processing fee + 778 tax + 140 license, title, etc. Came with lifetime free oil changes and emissions/safety inspections.
Received a similar quote from Pohanka sans the free oil changes and inspections.
Pd. $25,700 before tax for Deep Green Pearl. Comes with Lifetime powertrain warranty (non transferable) if they perform all service on vehicle. I'm excited about the car and was extremely pleased with the deal given how expensive the used ones I was looking at were. These cars appear to really hold their value. Good gas mileage too.
I recently bought a 2007 TSX w/ Nav for $27,800 + TTL. During the process I was offered a 7 yr 100,000 extended warranty. The price was "discounted" to about $1,400 and only offered at the time of car purchase. I was not planning on getting additional warranties on the car, but I got this one since I can still cancel it before my first payment.
Should I keep this warranty? I know the TSX is pretty reliable, but random problems can cost a chunk of change on a luxury car. I plan to put a ton of miles on this car.
The base warranty is 4 years, 50,000 miles. So you are basically paying for a 3 year, 50,000 mile warranty, that won’t kick in until 4 years or after you hit 50k miles. I’d rather set aside the $1400 and let it accrue interest for 4 years.
Ask yourself how long you plan on keeping the car. If it’s under 5 years, definitely pass.
Acura also has a base warranty for the powertain for 6 years, 70k. See what the extended warranty covers and make sure it doesn’t overlap. Why pay twice? Does the warranty transfer if you purchase a new car?
We bought the extended warranties many moons ago when we got our first Acura's. We got the warranties for the exact same reason you mentioned. So far, we never needed them, and have since passed on all extended warranties. Our Acura's are our 'go' cars, which is an acronym for gas and oil. That's all they ever needed, many passed the 100k mark with ease. Excuse me while I go knock on wood. :shades:

Anyone think this deal is feasible? NoVA area.
Edit: Mine was also w/ navigation system!!! and got 2.9% APR for 36 months.
Also included were the wheel locks, all weather interior mats, cargo tray, wheel & door guards, and mud guards in the front and back.
Price--------------------------------> $25945
Total price with tax and licenses----> $28210
Got 3.9% for 60 months through AHFC.....
Did I get a fair shake here in California...Need your help
I was planning to wait until September but it sounds like I should buy now if I want a good selection of '07 models and the 2.9% financing.

Has Acura ever offered 2.9% or less for 60 months?
Right now it's 2.9% for 36 months and 4.9% for 60 months, for both 07 and 08 TSX.

Thanks... You helped a lot... This forum is great. Provides a lot of info for first time buyers like me...
I have been quoted $26,400 for a 2007,Auto,Non-Nav here in the Cleveland area...
I am still talking to dealers but thought that I would chime in, I hope to have my new TSX wrapped up this weekend!
:surprise:
to tsx_fan2.
I replied your email, and make sure that dealer did not add other accessories, otherwise, you probably need add sth to the total price. hope you will get yours soon!
Just quick recap. I live in Westchester, NY. Put the deposit down on a M/T w/ Navi with $27,581 w/o TTL on the TSX.
What do you guys think? good deal?

We paid $26,000 + $275 for Title,Misc fees in the Cleveland area.
I get to pick it up today after work and can't wait! I have nothing but positive things to say about Motorcars Acura in Bedford.
Thanks to all that have posted in here, you have helped me save money.
