Chase's October buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 Outback 2.5i Premium with 10,000 miles per year are .00190 and 59%, respectively.
The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2011 Outback 2.5i Limited are .00185 and 57%.

In short, the easiest way to get a good deal on a leased vehicle is to shop around for the lowest possible selling price and then have the dealer that you decide to go with calculate your vehicle's monthly payment using its buy rate lease money factor.
You never mentioned what this car's selling price is. Looking at it is the easiest way to tell how good a deal this is. Let us know what that number is and I'm sure that either myself or another helpful community member will gladly tell you what they think.
As far as this vehicle's lease program goes, Subaru's current 36 month, 12,000 mile per year buy rate lease money factor and residual value for the 2011 Outback 2.5i Premium are .00150 and 56%, respectively.

Do you have the January residual and money factor for the Outback 3.6R Limited and Premium and 2.5i Limited and Premium for 24 and 36 months with 15k miles per year? Also, is there any lease cash? Thanks.

trying to get a 300.00 per month pymnt, have been told to get this pymnt amount. The down pymnnt would be 6,333 (which I have) & a residual value of $16,101.80

subaru is better in winter driving, one of the primary drivers for the lease. I have received
the following quote and wished the forum's thoughts on it...
2011 Subaru Outback 2.5i with CVT; no other options
36 month/12,000 miles $351.47 a month with $2259.80 due at signing (MSRP $25,240, Selling price $23,974. Money Factor : .00205, Residual 56%)
36 month/15,000 miles $357.97 a month with $2285.02 due at signing (everything the same except residual drops to 55% because of mileage)

The numbers for the other models that you mentioned are as follows: .00175 / 55% for the 3.6R Premium, .00165 / 54% for the 2.5i Limited, and .00150 / 56% for the 2.5i Premium.
Subaru's 24 month lease program is not very attractive, so you probably don't want to go that route.
I don't believe that Subaru is currently providing any cash incentives on leases of this car.

Can you confirm the March residual and MF for a 12k/36 month lease on a 2.5I limited?
The dealer is saying is 52% and .0015, although I see you posted above that its 53% and .00125.
Were trying to work this out before month end as our guaranteed trade in quote from subaru corporate expires on 3/31 and will likely drop for April.
Is the acquisition fee the same for all cars leased with Subaru Motor Finance/Chase?
I was quoted $895 for the acquisition fee in Erie County, NY.
That is for an Impreza. Everything I read says Subaru's acq. fee is $595. Would it be lower for the Outback?

Anyone know the MF and Residual for a 2011 Outback 3.6R @ 15,000 miles? The salesman verbally mentioned a 60% residual which seems extremely high.

Could you please let me know what the MF and RV for May 2011 are for a Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited? Also, what is the invoice on an Outback like this?
1. Dealer willing to sell Outback at $1000 below invoice.
2. Honda is advertising Pilot for $350/month for base model for 36 months, 12K miles per year, nothing down nothing for inception (bigger and more room - which are not big factors, but no AWD and not the best mileage).
3. Honda is advertising Odyssey for same as #2 price and terms.
4. Toyota Highlander also base model for $400/month 36 months, 12K per year.
To me a car is a car, just want something safe with reasonable mileage. Wife already has a minivan so #3 is not the best option, but can live with it if the deal is that good.
Your input is appreciated.
If the van is not AWD, go with the Outback or an AWD Pilot/Highlander.
That might help narrow it down.
Outback will probably have the lowest operating costs - the fuel savings alone....
