Could you PM me with the dealership where you were able to get this deal - this is exactly what I am hoping to pull off in the next week!
Cheers and THANKS!!!

money factor .00225
residual 49% 48 months

I got mine from Glendale, great customer svc and I have no complain at all. Good luck man!
He quoted me for a basic is250 with nothing but HID lights and floor mats on it for 550/mo 36 months 36000 miles, 2500 down total out of pocket. That's crazy, he said the residual is 48% !!! after 36 months - BS. And that the money factor is .0035. I think that's a horrible business. Anyone knows where I can get a fair deal. I am ready to pick up the car this weekend if the deal works out. But I am not buying it from Hendrick Lexus.

For Florida, only $70 bank fee sounds too good to be true.
What are the current money factor and residual for a 36 month 15K and 12K lease.
Thanks!
Can you tell me which dealership you got this deal from? I am in the market for the same type of vehicle. It would also be helpful if you could list what what the cap cost you agreed on the car, residual, and money factor.
Thanks in advance.
What is an acceptable discount for an IS 250 AWD with an MSRP of $38,875? I see the TMV for this car in my area is around $35,936, but it is difficult having dealers match this. Thank you.
I have been looking in the Northeast Region for an IS250 AWD w/ nav and premium plus. Here was the offer.
MSRP: $39,072
Selling Price: $34,900
Residual: 57% on a 12k/36mo lease
MoneyFactor: .00195 for Tier 1+.
Bank Fee: $600
Doc Fee: $200
Registration: $265
Due at Inception: Bank+Doc+Registration+1st pmt.
Is this a good deal to bite at for a 12k/36mo lease?
If I could be of more help contact me at

I would be happy to use Lexus' current lease program for this car to estimate what your monthly payment should be on it. However, in order for me to do so I need you to provide me with its full MSRP and approximate selling price first. You can find the MSRP of the exact model that you want by visiting the following section of this site: Edmunds.com - New Vehicle Pricing. Stop by the following discussion to get an idea of what price you should pay for this car right now: "Lexus IS 250 / IS 350: Prices Paid & Buying Experience". Once you have these numbers let me know and I'll do some calculations for you.

I wanted to get your thoughts on the following offer for a smoky granite IS 250 with premium plus and navigation:
MSRP: $37,840
Negotiated Price: $32,500
Money Factor: .00195
Term: 36 mo.
Miles: 12K/yr
RV: 57%
Tax: 8.25%
Drive-off: Minimum, I think its about $1,000
Monthly Payment: $455
I don't know the exact cost of title, bank fees, etc, but I will find that out prior to signing.
What do you think of this deal?
Much appreciated!
What is the residual and buy rates for an IS250 in Orange County, CA.
MSRP: 35,222
Negotiated price: 29,350
Is there a big difference going 36, 48, or 60 mos?
Thanks!
How come if I use the numbers from gnk17's posting(#290) I get a much higher lease payment (> $500) using the Edmunds Lease Calculator?
This deal would work for me, but $510 would not!!
Reply appreciated!
Thanks!

Let's work up a couple of sample lease payments for you so that you can see what the difference between a 36 month and a 48 month lease are. Using the above lease program, an MSRP of $35,222, and a selling price of $29,350, I estimate that your zero down, pre-tax monthly payment should be around $373. The payment for a 48 month lease comes out to around $363.

I want to know this in order to be prepared when I go talk to the dealer and at least know how far or close is the dealer from an acceptable monthly payment.
I was estimating with $1000 down my monthly payments out the door should be around $400 for 24 months and $425 for 36 months.
thank you
I'm in Orange County, CA, zip 92677.
I would like to lease for 36 or 48 months.
I have a 2000 Honda Accord Trade-in, valued at $6000 retail at Kelly Blue Book. One Lexus dealer offered $5300 on the trade-in.
The quote I received after NO negotiation with the dealer was as follows:
$5300 down in form of my trade-in
12,000 mile annual
36 month lease = $461/month
48 month lease = $409/month
I do not believe the monthly includes tax.
Is this a good rate? I had the feeling that I was getting taken advance of because I am a female in my early 30s, who is new to leasing.
Also, I was wondering if I should sell my car to a place like CarMax, which will be it outright, instead of trying to use it as a trade-in with Lexus.
Thank you all for ANY help you can provide!
Wanted to hear your thoughts on this price quote i received..
IS250 AWD Obsidian - 36 month lease
W/ Navigation/ Wood Interior Trim/ All Weather Mats/ Preferred Accessory Package
MSRP: $39,171.00
Selling Price: $35,000
Annual Mileage Limit: $15,000
Res %: 55%
Money Factor: 0.00205
Monthly Payment: $537.76 (after NY tax)
Drive Off: $1,275.26
Thanks for your input!
Sounds a little high to me.
I've heard that CarMax is pretty good at buying cars outright with good values. A friend of mine got over KBB for his Mercedes, so I would probably go that route on your trade.
Then, go to Lexus and get the "no down payment" pricing. Before you go or when you get there, find out what your credit score is. One thing I found out is the credit score for a mortgage is different than for auto. You should get the following info from them:
1. Selling Price
2. Money Factor
3. Residual
These are what will determine your monthly payment.
Any down payment you apply is called "Capitalized Cost Reduction" if I'm correct, and will only lower the payment they give you.
The selling price on my 250 was 5872 below MSRP, so that should give you a gauge. Got it at Newport Lexus. Email the Internet department at Mission Viejo for the specific vehicle your looking at and they will generally email you a quote.
Hope this helps!

Lexus fin. so it is .00165 and 55% residual for 36 months.
MSRP = 40601 and buy price = 36200.
NJ so it is 7% sales tax.
Appreciate any thoughts on this?
Can you please provide the current money factor and residuals for an IS 250 AWD? Please provide both 24 and 36 mth for 12K and 15K per year.
The car I'm looking at has an MSRP of $39,755 and Invoice of $34,815. Thoughts on a payment?
Thanks!
