Hello,

I am looking at RX 350 with MSRP of $50K and am getting a lease deal for 27 months with 12K miles/year for $545 per month with 70% residual value.

Please let me know if the above is a good deal?

Thanks!

    If it's any help, I was just quoted $586 (incl. ttl) on a $46k MSRP, 36mos, 15k miles/yr. 2015 RX350 FWD.

Have you guys gotten any information about the 2015 models... I have been trying to lease a 2014 rx but am finding they are not available in the configuration I want and am left with the 2015s. I think I've negotiated a good purchase price but I wish there was some way to confirm the current offers and incentives... dealers are telling me there is only a $500 "rebate" on this model and no loyalty cash and no first month's payment included. Just wondering if this is accurate.
    Thanks.

Also, does anyone have any experience extending a LFS lease? I prefer a 36 month term but I was told that a 33 month would result in some savings and then I could simply extend the lease for 6 months by calling LFS. Is that accurate? Is that a policy that is in writing somewhere with Lexus? If its not in writing then I think I will just go with 36 which I feel most comfortable with.

    Thanks.

Don't have a lot of info on the 2015 model, but I have seen .00120 MF mentioned...and the $500 lease cash.

I don't have the answer about extending your lease with LFS. BMWFS will allow you to do that, provided you have another BMW on order. I would assume Lexus is the same way..

I'm about to pull the trigger on a 15' RX 350, prem +BSM, comfort, nav, and remote start (MSRP 50 753). So far I have a cap cost of 46400 which I calculate is 1555 below invoice and a $500 rebate as a cap cost reduction which results in a 493 monthly payment. Does anyone think I can do better? More importantly, does this sound right? Is it possible to get an even better deal- not sure how much lower I can push this.

Is there any way to know if any other incentives will become available toward the end of the month or for memorial day weekend?

Finally, one dealer has offered to include my first months payment. How is this factored into the lease? Will I end up paying for it somehow? I want to make sure I know in advance so it is not surreptitiously added to the cap cost or something like that. How does that typically work?

    Thanks.

Hi everyone, I'm currently in the market for a 2015 RX350. I was quotes the following today, what do you think:

2015 RX 350 AWD - fully loaded with NAV,
    MSRP:52,000,
Final INCLUDING tax: $48,xxx (4.5% VA),
    Res: .61,
    36 months lease term,
    Miles per year: 15k,
    Money Down: $1,000.00,
    Monthly payment: $610 a month.

Is this a good deal? I see a lot of people post on this forum, but I'm not sure if people are including tax. Looking forward to everyone's input.

Can I please get the MF and RV for2015 Lexus RX 350 AWD with navigation, parking assit MSRP 51,923, 15K miles/year. This dealer is in Michigan. I'm being offered $550 down including first month's payment and $620 for 36 months or $605 for 42 months. Instead of paying $1550 which inc acquisition fees and first month's payment, they are giving me a $1,000 incentive to pay my previous non lexus/non toyota car lease which ends in 2 months. So Ill pay $620 for rest of 35 months or $605 for 41 months. Is this a good deal?

    Net cost: 46100
    RV 55% (27100) for 15k/42 months

looking for residual and MF for 2015 Rx350 AWD 36 month, 12k miles/yr

also, I'm a current lexus lessee - is there still only $500 total lease cash available?

I have an offer for $45,300 on a Lexus RX AWD with an MSRP of $50,254. Includes Nav, comfort and premium packages. Haven't discussed leasing with the dealer yet but I'm leaning towards it. Can someone please help me out with MF and residual? It would be for 27 months, 10k/year. They are asking $3499 down but I'm going to try to get no down. Also, does $45,300 sound good like a good price? I'll probably end up buying it at the end of the lease.

What state is this in? Lexus has regional numbers for MF.

    Residual for 27/10 is 69%.

I'm not in the market for a luxury SUV, so I can't comment on the strength of the negotiated selling price. You can use the pricing tools at the top of the page to help.

MF looks to be .00120 this month. With the base MF and residual of 69% and your MSRP and selling price, I calculate a pre-tax payment of $489.48/mo for 27 months.

MF is .00120 on the 2015's.

I don't have any residual information for the 2015 RX, however.

Yes, Lexus offers lease terms up to 48 months. Residuals go down the longer the lease term is. Residuals are calculated assuming 15K miles per year - usually add 2% if you want 12K and 3% if you want 10K.

This would be my first lease. These are the numbers I received for a 2015 RX FW drive with premium and towing pks, heated and ven. seats, park assist., 19inch tires, wood and leather trim, net cargo mat, etc.. MSRP 47,183-$3,400 plus tax down $399+tax a month, same vehicle but with the nav. package $445 a month--27 months, 10,000 a year the residual is 71, can I do better?

If you have tier 1 credit you can do better then this. What you need to do is negotiate a lower selling price of the vehicle. I was close to leasing an rx 350 in June and I was able to get an MSRP 50254 with no money down (except 700 acquisition fee plus fee for tags plus document fees)about 450 dollars a month (before tax) for 36 months and 10k miles a year. Again, the key is to lower the purchase price of the vehicle (below invoice in my case). We backed out because we were not sure if we wanted an rx 350, but turns out we do so now I got to start all over. Try negotiating with the internet sales department with 5 or so local Lexus dealers on the vehicle you want and let them haggle over the lowest price( they were all below invoice) makes negotiating very easy and stress free. Be sure you know the residual and money factor for desired vehicle( not so easy to get) so you can use a lease calculator to figure out what your lease numbers will be. Oh yah, and do not forget the 500 lease cash and first month payment waived being offered by Lexus in July

Do I tell the dealership I am going to lease before I try to talk them down on price? I usually am very good at talking down when buying but this would be first lease. I do have top credit, 81 years old, have purchased many vehicles in my time, not sure how to go about this, that is why I am asking questions. Thanks

If I use your $47,183 MSRP and $42,183 as the cap cost with the base MF of .00105 and 24/12 residual of 69%, I get a pre-tax payment of $479.59. Looks like there is room to negotiate - check to see if the dealer is marking up the MF on you for a bit of extra profit.

Hi, I'm being offered the following deal, can anyone comment if this is a good deal?
MSRP of 50,254 rx350 AWD, nav and prem package
    Selling price of 46,500
36 mo lease, 17k miles per year
    586 per month
Should I be able to do better than this? I'm also -700 on my trade which is being factored into the net cap cost

Need help evaluating your proposed RX 350 lease? Please gather the information below and include in your post:

    1. Make, Model, Trim, Body Style (i.e., Mazda 3i Touring 4-door, Audi A4 Premium). (see this link to build your RX 350).

    2. State (MF and residuals may vary by region)

    3. MSRP

    4. Negotiated Selling Price or Net Cap Cost

    5. Lease Term and Miles per Year

    6. How much money is due at signing and breakdown of same (taxes, fees, down payment, etc.)

  • sarahj10sarahj10 Member Posts: 20
    Steve,
I am looking to lease a 2015 rx350, state is NH, MSRP is 50,254. Net cap cost is 47,200 (46500 + 700 loss on my trade). I'm looking to do a 36 mo/17k lease. There is 1200 in fees due at signing, nothing down. They've offered me 587/mo, is that a good deal?

Using the base MF of .00105 and a residual of 59% for 36/15, I calculate a pre-tax payment of $548.02 - your quote of $586/mo, if it includes tax, is pretty close. Also, you'll have to deduct .20/mile for the extra miles you want each year ($1200 total), plus the negative equity.

    Seems a decent deal.

Dealer here in TX is quoting me a MF of .00165 for a 2015 RX 2WD with Nav, blindspot monitoring, memory seats, moonroof, ventilated seats, etc. We are looking to trade in our 2012 RX350 lease that's due in Mar 2015. He said .00165 is Tier 1 MF, but also stated our trade value might determine the MF if there is negative equity...is this correct? He said the .00105 is only the MF for the buy option, not lease.

Purchases don't use a money factor; me thinks he's trying to confuse you into signing with the inflated MF. Tell him politely, but firmly, that you won't do that.

Trade value doesn't affect MF, either. Only dealer greed and credit rating do.

Then, start talking with another Lexus dealer.

Great Thread. Anyone has MF and residual for 2015 RX350 AWD 24mo/10k for CA?

I was trying to replicate CA lease deal published on Lexus website for 24mo/10k, MSRP=$45,948, $3,499 down, $389/ mo lease payment, . It seems the MF used was really low. Does that include MSDs? Or the residual is very high!
