I would appreciate the help big time. I need the money factor and residual for an IS350 F sport AWD , fully loaded, Mark Levinson package, blind side, etc. For 36 months/12k and 36 months/15k. I am in NYC metro area(Queens,Nassau, Suffolk).Thanks! Any incentives as well.

36/15 numbers are .00090 and 61%.

Add 2% for 12K

Hi, I am in North California (Bay Area), planning to lease a 2015 IS350 F sport fully loaded. Can I have the MF and residual value for 27/10k and 36/10k? Is there an option for 30/10k? From your previous post, one pay lease is minus 0.001 for MF? Thanks a lot.

70%/68%/64% residual for 27/30/36 month, 10K/yr. .00090 MF. $500 lease cash.

With One-pay, MF is .00001

I just got a quote for a IS 250 Sport RWD MSRP $43,383. Cap Cost 37,800. 900 due at signing (but i get 500 off promo) and 3200 refundable Security deposit. that would bring my MF don from .0007 (tier 1? i donno) to .00016

62% residual

377.00 a month (incd 8%tax) 36 months 15k miles.

Does this sound like a good deal?

Looks like a pretty good deal - about 30 cents a mile if you use all the miles - those MSDs work wonders!

I wasn't sure whether the stated cap cost included the acquisition fee and DMV fees or not so I added those in. The money factor doesn't add up exactly - seems like it should be .00006 if starting factor was .0007. Also, a 250 posted in the 350 thread threw me a little.

June numbers have been extended to July6th.

MSD is the monthly payment rounded up to the next $50. Each MSD reduces the MF by .00005, I believe. The MSD monies are returned to you at the end of the lease.

@floridagator1 that's what I thought but this is my first lease. The dealer quoted a MF of .00075. I plan on heading into the dealership this upcoming weekend. I'm hoping for a pain free experience!

@darkkmano The best way to make it a pain free experience is to get the number in your head that you want and basically that would be your offer or you walk away, then they will cave in or meet you in the middle. Just my experience with Lexus dealers..

The money factor and residual are set by the leasing bank.

The monthly payment will fluctuate, depending on the price you negotiate for the vehicle.

I don't track selling prices so can't help you there.

MF is indeed inflated ... tell the dealer you won't sign unless you get the base MF. Get multiple dealers involved; go to Orange County or LA if necessary.

FWIW, with your numbers I get a pre-tax payment of $446.84/mo. Pretty close to your dealer quote, but the MF increase is adding a good $35/mo to the pre-tax payment.
