Hi - do you know what the lease numbers might be (MF, residuals etc.) for a 2016 Honda Pilot Elite in NJ? Considering 36/10K and 36/12K. Secondly, any idea if any programs/incentives might be available with a vehicle this new? Thank you.

I noticed that the new lease programs don't show anything for the 2016 Pilot. How does that work - does that mean the dealers won't lease them (only sell?) or that the info just may not be published yet? Thank you.

.00165 and 59% for 36/12. Not sure that Honda does 10K leases, but if so, add 1% to the residual.

I noticed in the comments above that the residual was the same on the Honda Pilot Elite for both the 36/12 and 36/15. Is the 36/12 59%?

So I always bought my vehicles and I am strongly considering leasing at 2016 Honda Pilot ELITE model if I can ever find one (lol) The terms I am looking at are 36 months and 12K per year. I understand a little bit as far a residual value but do not understand the formula that the dealerships use. I assume I need to get the cost of the vehicle also to run the calculation. Can anybody help me out. Thank-you in advance

Thanks for that info. I thought the MF for a high demand new vehicle was not that bad. But, buying now would be unwise. I always wait for a Honda subsidized lease.

Could be a while; it depends on how popular the new Pilot is. Similar MF for the CR-V (except the LX trim) and the new HR-V.

.00165 and 59% for 36/12. If Honda supports a 10K lease, add 1%.

Subtract 2% for 39 month term.

.00165 MF and 57% for 36/15. Extra miles are charged up front at, I think, .15-.20 per mile, or an extra $4500-6000 deducted from the residual. This alone will add $125-167/mo to your payment.

Do you anticipate these amounts to change in September? My current lease (12 PILOT EX-L Navi AWD) is up on 10/01/2015.
