We don't think Nissan offers 10K/yr.

In New Jersey, a dealer online has quoted me $285 per month on a 2016 Altima SV with convenience package. I am putting zero out of pocket and want 15,000 miles per year. I have asked for the MSRP, selling price, residual, MF, and confirmation that I will not pay anything at inception. She has asked for a $200 deposit to have a sales order written up.

Is this typical? I don't feel I should have to.

I wouldn't make a deposit, just to get a breakdown of the numbers.

In New Jersey, I have been offered an Altima SV with convenience package and 15,000 miles. Only payment at inception is the first month's payment of $285.

MSRP $28,835
Selling price $24,888
Residual $15,070

From the lease calculator I used, the monthly price seems good. Is the selling price of the vehicle too high?

We don't track selling prices.

Confirm that this is an NMAC funded lease ... those are the only numbers we have.

If it's a 36/15 lease on a 2016 Altima SV, then 53% is correct. .00003 is the MF

Guessing that @michaell was looking at the 2015 numbers.

So based on the 53%, the monthly price seems accurate? It then becomes a matter of whether I want to accept that selling price?

I get $268/mo.+tax, assuming the selling price is the CAP cost. Pretty close

At the end of May in TX, I was offered a 2016 3.5SL with tech, 12k/36 for $370 down and $370/mo. Once April hit I was told that "nissan" has changed the residual by a lot. The price shot up by $45/mo. Anyone know if this is accurate or just a lie to raise the price? I have not been given the details on what the residual or MF are yet, just drive out price as a lease payment.

Residual dropped 2% from February. Might result in a $45 increase to the payment.

Can the dealer put a higher MF or different residual if they choose to? Or is that set by the bank?

Residuals are set by the bank and can't be altered. Money factors can be marked up for extra profit, but can't say I've ever seen a Nissan dealer do that.
