Add 2% to the residual for 12K.

No idea what will happen to the numbers next month.

Thanks! 53% residual... I should have asked for FWD vs AWD. That money factor is to die for, but that residual is way lower than I was expecting.

.00001 MF and 59%/51% residual for 15K/yr. $1000 lease cash.

You'll have to check with your dealer for 18K/yr residuals. The extra 3000 mi/yr is usually a residual reduction on a per/mile basis ($0.15-$0.25/mi.)

A dealer in Virginia gave me the following info on an XLE for 36/12:

2016 .00134 MF with $0 lease cash
2015 .00001 MF with $1000 lease cash

Is he giving me accurate information? Also, would you mind providing the Residual % for the 2015 XLE for 36/12?

We show .00034 MF for the 2016, not .00134.

We don't have 2015 model residuals, though

Dealer showing money factor of 0.00144, residual 54% at $21,646 for 3yr/15k lease and payment of $443. Payment sounds high based on cap cost and residual value. Insight?

I confirm the 54% residual, but the Chicago region has the MF at .00034. Politely but firmly tell the dealer you won't sign a deal with a marked up MF.

And, check with other Toyota dealers to see what MF they are using.

I get $546/mo before tax with the .00144 MF, and $480/mo with the .00034 MF. How much is due at signing?

We don't recommend doing that .. if the car is stolen or totaled, you would lose that money.

Better to have the dealer cut you a check for the equity and use it to help with the higher payment you'll end up with.

Hi, I live in the South Florida area. Yesterday I went to the Autonation Dealer (Weston) to see the Sienna SE and the XLE. They told me that the SE didn't had a good lease program, but the XLE does. They offer me the XLE for $489 (Tax of 6% included) with $489 due at signing 12K miles. I was wondering if I can get a similar deal for the SE (my wife prefers this model...) Thanks for the help!
