    Hello sir, looking for the MF and residual for a 2017 Forester Premium with AWP and Eyesight in Turnersville, N.J. 10k/36 months.

    Also, original breakdown I received from local dealer had me paying the sales tax on the full price of the car. Seemed shady. In NJ, don't you have the option to pay the tax on the monthly payments?

    In NJ, tax is assessed against the sum of the lease payments and collected up front. You can choose to pay it at lease inception or add it to the cap cost and pay it monthly, but it then becomes subject to interest.

    Just got an offer for 36m/15mi yr with zero down at $368.45. first payment and fee of 245 due at signing
    Is this a good deal?
    cap cost was 25,786
    ris value was 17,276

    I have a trade with negative equity but i haven't let them in on that yet

    36/15 on 2017 Forester Premium is 64% and .00145.

    With your MSRP and cap cost, I get $279/mo plus tax.

    Find out what the adjusted cap cost is .. probably some fees that are being added in.

    And, why hide the negative equity? Every $1000 will increase your pre-tax payment by about $28/mo.

    If the offer price is the CAP cost, I get $337/mo.
    It might be close... Depending on what the $2000 covers.
