    Hi, what are the MF and residual for a 2017 WRX Limited CVT [includes harman speakers+homelink), zip codes 10461, 07304 (unless the location doesn't matter much for the MFs and residual) 12k/36mos

    They are hiding the .00050 maximum markup allowed. 63% is for 36/12.

    Base:
    .00160 MF and 69% residual for 36/10
    .00220 MF and 67% residual for 42/10
    Limited:
    .00145 MF and 64% residual for 36/10
    .00215 FM and 62% residual for 42/10

    Am I crazy or am I be charged twice for the same thing? Dealer shows inception of  $1687.35 with me putting down $500 I have negative inception of $1187.35. But he is then adding the $1187.35 to the cap cost making it $33,554. When he runs the numbers this way he gets $407 +tax as opposed to your figures of $383 + tax

    the cap cost includes what you pay for the car, inception fee, and in your case, what ever other monies you are "rolling in". That being the 1187.35. Basically, it is what you owe at inception (1600-500 down), Since you aren't paying them outside the lease, it gets added in to the amount you are paying interest on.

    could work in reverse. If you put down say 2,000, it would have reduced your cap cost.

    Can't answer that .. the dealer calculator may be making assumptions we don't know anything about. I had the same problem when I leased my VW a couple weeks ago .. I had my .xls file on my phone and it didn't match up with the dealer application the GM was using. Had to tweak his numbers to get the payments to match, based on those assumptions.

    Looking for September MF and Residual on 2017 WRX Limited w/ Eyesight and CVT. Is it .00145 and 63% for 36/12k? Can you please also provide 15k and confirm that 36 month is best term?

    Limited CVT - 62% and .00120 for 36/12. Subtract 2% for 15K

    36 months is the sweet spot for Subaru

    wow thanks! So by my calculations they both are the same monthly payment. That's crazy. STI base at 36,015, sale price 33,500, 595 fees. limited 31,815, sale price 29,974, 595 fees. Both come out to $414/month 36. Tough decision

    You can get $2500 off an STI, without a money factor markup?

    yeah getting quoted Invoice for whichever model I go with. Going to end up ordering a Base, red, Manual with foglight and armrest extension only. $28027 MSRP, $25403 sale price
