Hello, Currently Toyota has lease special for 2017 Camry SE: $250 for 3 years with $0 downpayment. But what if I want to get Camry XLE and include Blind Spot option? How much more expensive it could become? Can you tell MF and RV for Camry XLE 2017, 36M/12K in Illinois?

The XLE residual is 5% less than the SE. That's going to add almost $40/mo. to the price, before accounting for the higher MSRP/sale price.
Do you have residual and mf for northern calif xse or xle 36/15. Does Toyota offer 24 or eight mo lease if so can I get those numbers as well with 15 k miles please

I got an offer on XSE V6, 36 months 12,000 miles. Per the offer sheet, MSRP is 33,669, Sale Price is 29,224. Rebate of $750, I pay first month of $331.19 and then 35 more payments of $331.19 including 9% tax. When I put the numbers into a lease calculator however, I get $281.74. I'm using 0.00001 and 56% per the info on this thread. I thought maybe they had the rebate and first month as part of getting to 29,224, but even then I get 314.49. Am I missing something big? I'm usually pretty good at figuring these things out.

You need the actual adjusted CAP cost. No mention of acquisition fee, dealer/doc fees or DMV fees in your quote.

I asked and got this: Doc fee ($80), Registration fee ($329.75) and acquisition fee ($650). I asked again for the actual adjusted CAP cost, still waiting. Pending that, any thoughts as to whether $331 up front and $331 including 9% sales tax is in the range of a good deal?

If I add those charges in, and subtract the rebate, I get $297/mo.+tax. That's about $324/mo. Not far off $331/mo.

I have a 2nd offer to consider from the same dealer (I can't make up my mind between the SE and the XSE V6). This offer is for an SE.
MSRP: 24,929 Selling Price: 21,645 Doc Fee: 80 Acquisition Fee: 650 License Fee: 243 Cap Fees: 280.75 Cap Taxes: 67.50 Gross Cap Cost: 22,656 Cap Cost Reduction - Customer Cash: 212.86 Cap Cost Reduction - Rebate: 750 Net Cap Cost: 21,973.75 Residual Value: 14,957 Due on Delivery: 212.86 Monthly Payment: 195.28 + 17.58 = 212.86
How does this one look? I'll be deciding tomorrow between this and the XSE V6 offer above tomorrow.
Wow.. you really can't make up your mind. That Camry is $9000 less than the other one!
$213/mo. is super, super cheap to drive a new Camry, if you can be happy with the SE.
Both are within my budget. Just trying to figure out whether (1) the XSE V6 is "worth" the extra $120/month and (2) whether both offers are good deals worthy of taking.

Sure.. makes sense. Of course, those are personal questions that I can't answer for you.
Back again. Time for another lease. As always, thank you for what you do here. Looking to lease another Camry. 2017 XSE. I'm still in NC. 36/12 and 36/15. Is it possible to quote Tier 1 and Tier 2? Going in wife's name. She's never leased in her name. May not have best credit. Any incentives?
We are turning in our 2014 early. Already hit 36k miles. Dealers will use coupons for early termination.

THANK YOU!
We don't have any reliable info for SETF states.
For TFS, the XSE and XLE have the same residual, but SE is 5% higher.
I'm currently shopping around for 3 different cars and trying to get the best lease possible. Would you please be able to provide the money factor and residual on a camry se for 36 months and 12k/15k. Also are there any incentives or rebates? I'm in so cal (90002)

Hi Michaell, I'll attempting to help my folks replace their Avalon with a 2017 Camry XLE 4 cyl. Do you happen to have February's lease rate numbers (residual and money factor)? Any incentives or other goodies that go with this? All I see on the Toyota site are LE lease info. Any insight into March yet? NJ (08831) 3 yr, 12k miles per year. Thanks!

53% and .00001
Residuals are valid through the end of March, and I doubt the MF will change, either.
53%.... Hmmm. I explained to my dad that high residuals tend to go with 'fleet' level trim, and that an XLE might not make a good lease candidate, but this is even lower than I was expecting. This may be one he's better off just buying outright, especially with the incentives offered. The MF is great, however. Thanks!

The LE (57%) and SE (58%) have the best 36/12 residuals.
Not sure how close you can option up an LE to approximate the XLE features, but if you can, that's the way to go.
Hi again, Michaell. Still looking for something that will work for my folks. They want the 4 cyl XLE. Non-negotiable! What other lease options are out there? As they've been averaging 8-9k miles a year, a 10k mile option would boost residual & cut the monthly. Anything beyond 36 months? How about a 48 month or 60 month? I know these aren't typical, but this might be his very last automobile....

12K/yr is the shortest term, usually, but we've seen 10K/yr in the NY area. Just add 1% to the 12K/yr number.
The numbers don't get better as you go out longer. When your choices are non-negotiable, you sometimes run into a bad lease deal.
I hear you! That's why I'm encouraging him to just buy it and we'll dispose of the car a few years down the road if/when he surrenders his license. Fingers cross that a February (or greater) style rebate is offered in March. We found exactly what he's looking for at several northern NJ dealerships, with discounts off MSRP of $2800 or more. Combine that with the rebate, and he's looking at $5k off sticker. Pretty decent!
Got quoted $250 a month on an 3 year/36K SE-- MSRP 25,200. A tad high by my book. Said it was with .00001 MF and 58% residual. Only up front cost was first month payment. Everything else rolled in. If I put down $1100, including first month, it would have been $210 /month. Don't havemuch more details than that. Comments appreciated?

What state is this? Need to know the cap cost in order to model a payment.
1) Sale price 20056, RV 14431, MF .00001 and Monthly Payment 196 with no down payment 2) 178.15 monthly payment but don't have other details yet for lease. for retail they quoted 18,689. I will get the other details tomorrow on RV and sale price for lease.

Looks cheap. Drive a Camry for under $200/mo. You have to like that.
