1) It's a 39 month, 39K mile lease. And, the residual is 52%. It's not a 36 month lease with 54% residual.
2) The price of the car is $73,419. Not $71,000. That's pretty clear
3) They are using the .00133 money factor

Some kind of employee deal, right? Otherwise the acquisition fee would be $795-$1095

Yes they gave me an employee discount. They said they add the 2 payments i owed onto the $71,600 of the sale of the truck. With the 39 month and mf and rv with redidual values make sense?

Hi, for MSRP of 67k GLE350+ premium 3 and heated/ventilated seat, dealer is offering 61k without tax but 68k with sales tax and fees in Northern California. He also asks $1000 monthly payment with 2000 down and only 10k miles/36months. It looks absurdly high. What is the MF/Residual in North California in Apr? And shouldn't that be more in the $600 zone monthly payment? Thanks for your help!

Assuming RWD, the numbers are .00055 and 56%

Tax on a lease is assessed against the monthly payment in CA.

Using the $67K MSRP and $61K selling price, I get $706/mo plus tax.

Higher than your estimate but way lower than the dealer quote.

Ask them to provide the adjusted cap cost, and an accounting of the $2000 due at signing.

Leases are taxed monthly in CA. Any "total" price that includes sales tax isn't valid for a lease.

Find a dealer that will break down all the numbers for a lease.

Thanks Michaell and kyfdx. This is a AWD model. Is the MF and residual the same as AWD? I'm assuming I could put down 10 MDS to lower MF further? I checked the MB lease offers and they mentioned on website the interest is 2.99% they use in those offers. That seems way higher than 0.00055 so maybe the 0.00055 already has 10 MDS? Thanks so much for the help!

I am not an expert in the slightest but I have been car shopping for a month or so now, and if that deal popped out at me I'd jump on it. What is the broker conquest discount and how do I find one of those!??

.00047 and 56% for AWD.

You won't be able to use 10 MSDs - I'm sure MB has a minimum MF they must use.

I wouldn't trust any information that uses an APR for a lease quote.

Is this in Florida? If so, ignore the balance due number - FL taxes the monthly payment on a lease, and I see no reference to the $795 acquisition fee.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and how they got to that number from the "AutoNation Price".

Assuming RWD, .00055 and 53% for 36/15. Those are the best numbers.

No information on incentives.

My guess is that the numbers won't materially affect the net payment.

For 36/12, I get a payment of $897/mo.
That's with adding $795 to the balance for acquisition fee, and subtracting the non-taxable fees.
Due at signing would be $897 + $307 fees = $1204

$897/mo. + $1204 at signing is not too far off from their
$883/mo. + $2000 at signing

Are they raising the MF , this look high to me. Never could get straight answer for MF or residual and I was told that the acquisition fee was upfront.

63% is the correct residual for 24/10
