Hello all,
I am considering to lease 2017 CX9 AWD Signature Trim. Wanted to know the MF and RV for 36\10K and 36\12K lease for WA state.
The dealers here are showing 626 to 630 as lease payments when I even plan to trade-in my current vehicle which is appraised for almost 11K. The calculations are not matching up and hence wanted to do the calculation myself.

Can I get updated July numbers for CX9 GT AWD 36/12, in WA, please?
My local dealer doesn't have vehicle we want so they don't even want to give us a detailed quote, but he mentioned about available $750 lease cash.
Dealer in Seattle quoted MF 0.00084 ( credit score 740+) and Residual 57%, which seems little too low. No mention of a lease cash and only 6% discount ( July 4 special).

Not sure about having to pay again on buyout, since it's been taxed fully. Check with your DMV on that. But, if you lease another car in three years, you get no trade-in credit against the tax, so you'll pony up again. That's a lot of extra cost, if you plan to keep on leasing.
