    Hi there... can you please help with the MF and RV for 2017 XT5 Luxury FWD @12/36 and @12/24 in North Carolina? The vehicle is an executive demo. Will the residual/ MF be affected by it having some miles on it?

    Likely to be a per-mile adjustment to the residual for the demo miles, though we don't have the rate from Cadillac. Figure .15-.25 per.

    I'm seeing 54% Residual for 36mos from what looks to be an official Gm Document. Doesn't mention mileage. Could that be for a $15k annual?

    Yes.. 54% is the residual for the standard 15K/yr, 36 months. You might see the 36/10 number as a 3% adjustment to the residual.

    Yes, same as above. No difference between FWD and AWD, just trim level.

    I just signed a lease for an xt5 fwd base, 12k miles per year for 36 months , did 3k down and 350 incl tax  per month , the dealer also recommended buying a wear and tear insurance which takes the payment to 395 per month including taxes, is buying this insurance recommended

    No - it's highly unlikely that you'll have $1600 worth of damage at the end of the lease.

    .00003 MF and 51% residual

    A loaner should have a lower residual to account for the mileage, but also a lower selling price that hopefully more than makes up for that. I don't have the details, though.
