    Question - We want to upgrade our 2016 CX-5 to a 2017 CX-9 with the premium package. We have 10 payments left of $328/mo ($3280). The lowest quote I'm getting is $541 including the cost of the CX-5, which adds an additional $91/mo to the lease price. I'm putting 0 down except the 1st month payment. 10K miles. 36 months. Is this a good price or should I negotiate? Our budget is $18,000 all in over 36 months. Is that realistic? We're about $2,000 over budget with that price.

    Giving away over $3000 for nothing isn't ever going to be a good deal.

    Hi. Looking for lease numbers/insentives for 2017 Signature in Connecticut and New York, 36/15 and 36/20 (although assuming dealer may have to explain cost of extra miles beyond 15K?).

    Also, dealer manager in CT previously mentioned that September often brought about nice insentives if I could hold off till then. Any verification on that?

    Yes.. ask the dealer about the additional 15K miles

    Current program runs through September 5th.

    Seems strange that a dealer would suggest you wait. Maybe, he doesn't have your model in stock?

    The GT model will be a lot cheaper to lease. Residual is 3% higher.

    Out of curiosity, how much cheaper would a lease run for a GT AWD versus the Signature lease, again CT and NY, 35/15?  And what is the current incentive program running through September 5?

    It depends on the relative prices. But, if the MSRP was the same (which it likely isn't), and we assume a $45K MSRP, and also taking into account the $600 lease cash on the GT, which the Signature doesn't have.. $55-$60 per month less for the GT. If you assume the GT has a lower MSRP to start with, the savings grow even bigger. It's substantially cheaper.

    Hello guys!

    I am considering 17' CX-9 GT 2WD for 36m/12K lease in Bay Area, CA. From the previous posts I got the numbers: MF=0.0004, Residual=58%. But what lease cash or rebates are available?

    The dealer says there is a $720 rebate. On edmunds.com I see there is a Lease Bonus $ Offer of $1500 for eligible customers. Do you know how to get the later one? And is there anything else? (Loyalty rebate is not applicable in my case).

    And one more question - what would you consider a good agreed-upon sale price in comparison to the invoice price for this car? MSRP=$41,610; Invoice=$39,406.

    Final stages of negotiations, and we based everything on 36/12 (residual 60), thinking we may need 15k a year. What does the residual change to? Touring with premium package in San Diego area. Thanks in advance!
