    Hi, I'm interested in the residual for a 2015 FWD with Tech and Ent. 36/15. From what I see in the posts, the MF would be .00055, but can't find the residual for this one. Thanks.

    Looking for MF & residual for 2015 AWD w/ Tech + AcuraWatch Plus for 36 months - 12k/yr in CA ...... and 24 months @ 12k/yr

    Also, is there a major difference in the MF & Resi for a similar 2016 model?

    The payment on the 2016 may be very similar to the 2015, but you are getting a one year newer car. 

    $329/mo for a car that stickers at $37K is a very good deal

    It didn't go away ... it's used for $0 out of pocket deals where all the up front costs are added into the cap cost.

    Hey All,
    I finally signed a lease on a '15 MDX AWD Tech last week. I used information from Edmunds to help negotiate a good rate. I took the very last '15 they had in stock. Paid $2500 down for a 36mo/10k lease for $429/mo. I paid taxes and all other fees up front. It took 5 hours of back-and-forth, but they finally let her go for little profit. Thanks everyone!

    Does anyone know if Acura allows Security Deposits (MSD's) to reduce the MF, similar to Infiniti? If yes, what's the max limit?

    I got a couple of quotes here from a local dealer. I think they are inflating money down to make up for the overall discount.

    They just emailed me back. The 4k down payment does include all fees to drive off.
