I just want to know if I have it mostly right. So net cap is the negotiated sales price, minus any additional funds such as down payment. Then, to get RV...its MSRP x the number you show here. You subtract the RV from the net cap # and then divide that by the lease term. From there, you have the base mo payment to which you now need to add taxes, fees, adds and finally the Rent (aka money factor?) to get to a final payment. Am I mostly on target here?

I cant get anyone to come even close to the #s I should be seeing. Ive never had such a hard time negotiating a lease before

SRT 392 - .00004 and 50% / 56% (not a typo)
Hellcat - .00014 and 55% / 56%

My dodge charger, that was in transit, arrived a few days ago and I am going to pick it up today. I need the numbers to figure out the best option for me though. I was going with an RT but need the Scatpack numbers also as if they are much better I will go that route instead.

I need them for the 24 or 27 month lease at 12k/15k,
I need them for the 36 and 39 month lease at 12k/15k.

The numbers I need:

Those numbers are very different than what the dealership told me this morning. They listed the Residual at 51% for 36/12. Will go back there tomorrow and if they stick with what they told me ill look elsewhere and loose my deposit. I am glad the car wasn't ready for pickup today.

They could be quoting numbers from either US Bank or Ally, both favorites of FCA dealers. We don't have them to confirm, however.

Your numbers for the Scatpack for 36/12 was 54% while kyfdx are 62% for 36/12. I assume a mistake has been made? It happens but Michaell can I get the values for the RT?

I checked the dodge.com site and the numbers on there lease calculator matches what the dealership numbers. Going third party will actually be cheaper to lease by a few dollars but IMO going with chrysler makes it easier at lease end.

fca isn't incentivizing the leases as well as last year from what I can tell, looks like I may be out of my hellcat hunt, not looking to pay $750 a month for one, would rather pay $100 extra and just go lease an e63 or m5 at that price. I'll still hold out hope for spring but it looks like those sweet leases of scat packs/srts/hellcats of last year are a thing of the past.

Michaell, I have been following this thread for quite a while. A dealer gave me a full breakdown on their end and they said the MF is .00209 and RV is 55%. Who has the right numbers lol

Well, the dealer can mark up the MF by as much as .00042.

I'll let you do the math on that....

850 is not going to get you an e63 or M5. A M550i will be 850-950 a month and the new M5, will be 1200-1400 a month. I have a 2015 M5 leased now.
