This post is two-fold with respect to an 2018 M4 Convertible (manual) (in the NY metro area)--looking to lease in Dec. 2017--
(i) What is the MF and RV for 10K miles for 36 months?

(ii) Based on a previous post (see Michaell Colorado, Aug 18), which states, "target 7% off MSRP before incentives for BMW. You may not get it, but it's a good place to start"
--> If the MSRP is approx. $79K--starting at 7% off MSRP brings cap cost down to $73,470
-->If we add $2K BMW Financial Services incentive and $750 customer loyalty incentive being offered--the cap cost is reduced to $70,720

I'm looking to lease a 2018 m4 coupe and I got the below numbers from a local dealer and wanted to see if it was a decent deal.

vehicle price: $80,285.00
preferred discount: $3000
rebate: $4500
selling price after rebate: $72785.00
tax: $4720.91
fees $357.25
out the door price: $77863.16

lease rates w $0 down
36mo/10k: $1220.90
36mo/12k: $1242.33

i'm not sure if i did the math correctly but when I calculate for the mf i get 0.00246 which seems extremely high.
he did say that the rebate is $3500 for lease instead of $4500 so i'm assuming the monthly rates are adjusted with an additional $1000.

when i asked how flexible these numbers are and he said this is the deal.
what would be the best thing to do next? should i take these numbers and go to a different bmw dealer?

sorry for all the questions, i'm a bit of a first timer.

That’s right. It’s $1042.57 before the monthly tax for my state (Delaware) and works out to $20.97 additional per month for that tax, which gives you $1063.54.

I think there are two applicable taxes here in DE. There’s a tax rolled into the cap cost (listed as “tax on collected items”) which is $3310.28 and a tax on a monthly basis of $20.97. Does that help?
