Good Morning I have been working on a deal with my local dealership (zip code 06066) on 2018 F150 XL SuperCrew 2.7L EcoBoost with STX package. I was quoted a 24/13500 at $320 all taxes included with $4000 drive-off. "High" MSRP is $47635. Is this a good deal?
Do you have the selling price? Or, adjusted CAP cost?
It's a good deal, relative to MSRP. With $1000 due at signing, it's about $405/mo.
On their print out it shows "Price" $41500, adjusted residual $30162.25
64% residual 1.25% APR
I can't come up with a payment that low, using those numbers. Looks like a really good deal from here, but I wouldn't put $4000 upfront, just to get the payment lower. I was wrong before.... with a 24 month lease, going with just $1000 upfront adds about $130/mo. to the payment.
I want to get prices for two different regions 59802 -Montana and 76051 -Dallas ... truck will be registered in MT - (no sales tax) but go to Tx a lot and open to buying there if i can get a better deal ..... ??? currently in MT - Im Looking at : XLT SprCrew 4x4 short box / 3.5v6 / - 302A/MAx tow pkg. MSRP is 53,585 - advertised special is aprox $40k ....but incentive disappear as soon as LEASE is mentioned ..????? so we are looking at $45k .-is that normal? (on 36-10,500 lease they are showing 60%
Also looking at Lariat aprox same build structure -but again at mention of lease - it goes up to about $47k .. $57 msrp - $49,500 sales price ..(on 36-10,500 lease they are showing 63% with 3.75apr)
So what are the MF and Residual for both :: at 24 and 36 month - 10500 and 12k miles Would like to stay at 0 down but can put money down ...
Do you know if Ford will reduce the MF if you put down some security deposits? Why do the discounts and incentives disappear when you lease? - or is that bogus? is it normal to go from stated MSRP -to Price before package discounts ??? Any concerns or advise about leasing in TX and bringing it back?? - seems to look like better deals... Sorry for so many questions .... Thanks!

Ford has something like 50 sets of regional numbers - I have them for TX, but not MT. Residual is national, however.
Yes, purchase incentives are different than lease incentives.
61% for 36/10 on XLT 63% for 36/10 on Lariat 2.50% APR for both (TX) - we see 3.75% in other regions (CO, for example) Subtract 1% for 12K
No MSD program for Ford
Texas assesses sales tax against the entire selling price; if you register in MT, you'll have to request a refund, and we've no idea how that would work.

I was using $4K as per the advertised "special". I do have a trade-in that I have to get rid of so it will go as a down payment. they are using 0.25% for rate. How much of a difference would there be monthly if I did only $3k down?

Hi, I am looking for the lease numbers on 36/10 and 36/12 for both XLT and Lariat Crewcab F-150 4x4 in Southern California, 92121 specifically. Are there any western states that have substantially better MF and residual for these than California? Your help is greatly appreciated! Thank you
How does where you purchase the vehicle matter versus registering? If I buy in Virginia and register in West Virginia vs buying and registering in the same (WV)?

3612 numbers; add 1% for 10K
XLT - 60% Lariat - 62% 3.00% APR $1000 lease cash on XLT only
How does where you purchase the vehicle matter versus registering? If I buy in Virginia and register in West Virginia vs buying and registering in the same (WV)?
VA taxes the entire selling price, even on a lease.
I'd like to get the lease figures - the MF and RV - for a Lariat Crewcab F-150 4x4 in the SF Bay Area, specifically 94702. I'm interested in 24/10, 36/10, and 39/10. I'll be much obliged if I can get those.

Shouldn't be any difference. VA dealers have some pretty high doc fees, from what we've seen.

I have decided to go with no money up front so let me check the numbers once again. 2018 F150 XL 2.7L EB SuperCrew with STX package MSRP $47635 Sale Price $41500 Plus Rebate $3300
Zip Code 06066
For 36 months , 15K miles per year dealer is showing me 1.5% APR and 58% Residual Does this sound right?
Still waiting to see exact numbers from them for 36 months , 13.5K miles per year

What do you show for these two scenarios?
We don't have the numbers for your region, so can't confirm if the MF is marked up or not.
Residual is set by the bank and cannot be altered by the dealer. Will be 59% for 13.5K
You've confirmed that the prices and rebates are valid for a lease?
So there is a crew cab Lariat I’ve been keeping an eye on. The dealer is showing the MSRP as $56535, but when I open the window sticker PDF that number is the “TOTAL BEFORE DISCOUNTS” from Ford and the actual MSRP is $55035. My question is, which number do I use to calculate the residual value? I’ve noticed a lot of dealers are doing this little trick on their websites (but not all of them) that allows them to inflate pricing by $1500 or so.

I would use the bottom line number on the window sticker for the residual.
MSRP $55035 Residual (from this forum 62%) $34121 Money Factor (also from here @ 36/12) 2.5% No tax here in NH!
I’m trying to get to $450/mo which means I need cap cost around $47k?
About $48,500 with those parameters.
Ford is weird with MSRP. I wouldn't be surprised if they calculated residuals off the higher number, which would be beneficial to you.
That is correct. Atleast with my lease, they used "Top Line", not "Blue Box" (lower) MSRP to calculate the Residual. That's a good thing. So you will actually get a better Residual ratio on Vehicles that have sticker discounts, such as "Lux/Chrome/Sport", "Nav", "Power Equipment Group" Discounts.
I have been negotiating all day and I could only bring the selling price to $63300 $9000 down Residual 67% MF 0.000625 $475 a month with tax and everything else included. What do you think

Why did your selling price go up $1300 from your first post?
$9000 over 24 months is $375/mo - so, your 'true' lease cost is $850/mo - that's a lot for a $68K truck.

Yes, purchase incentives are different than lease incentives.
61% for 36/10 on XLT
