taxes and bank fees are included in monthly payment . I am paying 2000+1st month+ plates at closing.
The CR-V is going to be expensive to lease, relative to MSRP, in any case.
For $30/mo. difference, I'd consider the credit union, but be aware that at lease end, you may have more/extra charges that you wouldn't with a Honda lease.
Local dealer has a dealer incentive for an EX AWD $213/month, 39 month lease, $2,018 down excluding tax, dealer fees, first payment, tags, and a $595 bank fee. 10k miles/year (which works for me). Totally new to leasing and before I approach for more details, wanted to know if this seemed decent? This is in NY.

That's about $4000 upfront, adding all of those exclusions (plus the first payment).
So, the actual cost is closer to $320/mo.
Not bad for a CR-V. They certainly aren't cheap to lease.
We got the following quote on a 2018 CR-V EX-L AWD with Navi. We are in Brooklyn, NY.
Is this a good deal? We aren't using Honda Financial, we're using another bank.
36 month lease 7,500 miles per year $1,227 in upfront fees $1,231 in NY State taxes upfront MSRP: $32,845 Price after discount: $30,985 Residual value: $20,364 (62%) Money factor: .0015 Monthly cost: $360.51

Seems reasonable. Cheaper than using Honda Finance, I would guess. 7500 miles/yr isn't very efficient for a lease.

Thanks for your insight!
We've had our current lease for about 34 months and the car still has less than 10,700 miles on it. 7,500 per year is plenty for us (we live in the city, commute by subway Mon-Fri, and only drive on weekends). Unusual perhaps, but it works for us.

Seems like buying and driving for 7-8 years would be better...

We're switching from Audi to Honda. The eventual plan is to buy, but first we want to be certain that we like the car. In retrospect, we are very glad we didn't buy the Audi - it's not the car for us.
Looking to know what the Residual and Money Factor would be for a 2018 CR-V EX-L in zip code 19341 (PA). Looking at 3 years/15K miles. Would anyone know about dealer incentives and other offers right now and are they trying to clear the 2018s with 2019s coming out? Will they throw in things like bike rack or all-weather floor mats?
Also looking for opinions on CR-V vs Acura RDX. I was leaning RDX but not convinced it's worth it over the CR-V. New to leasing (I typically keep cars 9-10 years), but with the technology changing, I'm considering a lease on a car like this so I can upgrade in 3.

The dealer here quoted, 0.0019/61% and $389/month, is there room to negotiate a bit more?
He just used the MSRP, no incentives or discounts.
What trim? - EX-L MSRP? - ~31K
Is it a Honda Finance lease? Or, and independent bank or credit union? - For Honda finance lease - 0.0022/59% - 439/mo - Independent lease - 0.0019/61% - 389/mo

For 36/12, the Honda Finance residual is either 62% or 61% (non-NAV/NAV)
I don't have independent lease numbers, but for $50/mo, I'd go that way. But, with the correct numbers, the spread should not be that high.
MF and residuals for EX-L/Touring 36/10 and 24/10 for zip 07040. Thank you!
The dealer is actually providing quotes for 39 months.
That's because there are no incentives or "supported" leases on this model. 12K/yr .00220 MF 68%/62%/60% residual for 24/36/39 mo for EXL Subtract 3% for Touring.

First timer here to the discussion. looking into a 2018 crv Ex to lease or Ex-L to buy ( if I’m buying I want the power lifting gate) . I have no idea where to start on this. Area Zip code 16509 I would lease for a great low payment but if the buying payment is within $50-100 I would just buy. Any insights ? thank you in advance

It all depends on how long you plan to keep it.
If only 3 years, then lease. If longer, better to buy it.
The lease deals on the CR-V are not all that great. If you want to lease, I'd suggest taking a close look at the RAV4.
