As I am based in Texas , did you take full 6.25% sales tax on selling price and bake it into the monthly values of 664 and 631 or these values are without the sales tax.

When you change the question or the parameters, you get different answers.

15K/yr payments will always be more than 12K/yr payments, as the residual is lower and depreciation is higher.

In all calculations above, I answered based on the information you provided.

If you roll in the non-taxable DMV fees, then you've subjected them to tax.
It's okay to roll in the acquisition fee, as it's taxed, either way.

First payment and DMV fees at signing. Everything else rolled in.

We only have residuals up to 15K; check with the dealer on how extra miles will affect the residual.
