Purchasing a 3.6R limited this Wednesday in 96150 for 36/10. Does any one have the credit score ranges for tier 1 and 2? If I understand correctly the tier 1 MF is .00060 and the tier 2 is .00085. Is that correct? Thanks.

Big thank you to Michaell and kyfdx. I just completed the lease of a 3.6R limited in magnetite gray/black interior with Nav/moonroof package. Here are the details:

MSRP: 38,713
Sale price: 33,000
Adjusted Cap cost: 33,595 (34,440.87 including taxes)
36/10k miles
MF: .0006
RV: .62

$301.03 per month before taxes
$325.03 per month after taxes

At signing, $726.83 due which was first month $325.03, title/registration $221, Doc fees: $179.80

Pretty happy with the deal, probably should have pushed to get that $179.80 doc fee removed now that I think about it.

It is a Subaru-to-dealer incentive. So, it's part of any deal you make. It isn't a rebate that you are entitled to, or that has to be disclosed.

I was originally interested in Forester but if dealers are trying to get rid of this lot as new design is coming out then I’d like to see what kind of lease deal I can swing :-). Also for Subaru is the RV better for 7500 miles or 12K? Can’t remember if this effects Subaru leases or not. Many many many thanks!!!

This was at Muller Subaru in Highland Park, IL (60035). I used the knowledge of the redesign to help swing this price. I told them I knew it was coming and I saw other people getting great deals because of dealers starting to clear out inventory. I started by asking for 20% off MSRP with the final goal being around 15% off... which is basically what I finished at. After the deal was made, the salesman told me a few different times it was the lowest price he has leased one for so far, and he was surprised they could get that low. Obviously that could have been to just make me feel good about the deal, but the way he was acting, I kinda believed him.

--- I'm still trying to decide if I want the Forester or the Outback. I am going to test drive the Outback today and see how it feels. I bet I will like the engine power more on this model. It is weird that there is only a 1 inch difference in height yet Outback seems smaller but I need to go to dealership and look at them side by side. Thanks again!
