    39 month 10k per year
    MSRP $43,745
    ADJ Cap Cost: $31,103

    Out of pocket was $1000 to cover:
    Tax on cap cost reduc 47.78
    1st month 305.69
    DMV fees 135
    Acq Fee 497

    Base Payment $287.71
    Tax $17.98
    Total Month Payment $305.69

    This really was an unbelievable deal that took a lot of negotiations between 3 different dealerships. Of note the bank was Harborone.
