    Ended up signing the deal on a custom order last night (order was placed in May).
    I received a 10.5% off MSRP before incentives, $2K loyalty, $1K lease credit, 58% residual, 0.00110 MF after 7 MSDs. Monthly including 9% tax rate and acquisition rolled in came to $668 on a $66K car.

    Essentially, it can yield the lowest monthly payment and has a lower net present value than traditional financing or leasing (assuming the car is sold to cover the balloon payment and I’ve kept it in good condition). I don’t want to write an essay but when I ran the numbers last between Select/Finance/Lease on a $64,895 M340i, I got a payment of $564.43/ $896.61/ $691.71 with as similar terms as possible (20% down and 60 months on select and financing with the select apr 0.5% higher than finance, and 36 mo/10k 0.00145 MF lease with only fees paid for upfront). Plus I don’t have to worry about miles as much like a lease and I can modify it with M Performance parts without violating the agreement.

    I received a 10.4% off MSRP before incentives, $2K loyalty, $1K lease credit, 60% residual, 0.00110 MF after 7 MSDs. Monthly including 7.75% tax rate of $538.77 on a $62.4K MSRP. Paid BMW fee and other fee's upfront as to not finance them
