    Residuals - quarterly
    APRs - monthly (though they may not always change)

    Monthly changes usually happen on the 1st, unless the 1st is a Saturday, Sunday or Monday. When that is the case, usually change on the next Tuesday.

    It appears the Ford numbers haven't finished updating, yet.

    The residuals won't change, but APR and incentives might still update for November. Give it a day or two.

    And, no... nearby ZIPs won't make any difference.

    $3000 off for a car with mileage on it, and the 2020 models are already out.
    The discount seems small.
