    Looking for or the MF and RV at 36/10 for a demo/loaner 2019 x5 xDrive40i with 1,700mi in 66205 zip? They have a few posted under these miles at Msrp 65k for 12k off with sales price around 53k. I have leased bmw since 2004 but never a demo vehicle so could use some negotiation ammunition or facts on how they work.

    .00128 MF and 58% residual
    Reduce residual by $0.25/mile, to account for current mileage.

    If they don't load it up with extra fees/charges, or markup the money factor, that should make for a great lease deal.

    Hi, what is the residual and base money factor for a 2019 X3 (sDrive30i) near 92111 (36 months/10k miles).

    Also what % off MSRP is reasonable for a loaner with 4,399 miles on it (MSRP=$49,985)? How would the residual be adjusted for the miles? Do I just subtract 0.25*(miles-500)?

    36 mths/12k miles
    Down at signing 1130.25

    Monthly payment: 846.25

    Told this sale price includes: $2k in lease credit, $750 conquest credit.

    Thoughts?

    You also want to negotiate, at a minimum, 15% off MSRP, before incentives

    Thank you for the insight and info.

    They won't budge, actually told me there isn't a $2k lease credit available but they would honor the quote for the error. I feel like the two local dealers I have are wanting a premium due to our area. The one stated they don't typically discount any models over $2k because they don't have to... Then their 2020 was even worse, nothing under $950. Frustrated LOL
