    Residual is calculated on MSRP

    Loaners will likely have some sort of residual reduction, to account for the current mileage.

    Question regarding residual Percentages quoted here; are these the maximum residual values that dealerships are allowed to offer? Or can these be negotiated? Ultimately my question is how can I best use what is provided here in my negotiation

    The residual is fixed by the bank for model/trim, term and mileage allowance

    You need that number, if you want to calculate your own payment.
    Also, it helps to have it. If the percentage the dealer gives you doesn't match, then you know the deal is altered from what you think it is. Either the model/trim is different, or the term/mileage allowance don't match.

    Sorry, the MF. They said that .00180 was the only MF being offered, and said that they didn't see the .00076 anywhere.

    Sorry, the MF. They said that .00180 was the only MF being offered, and said that they didn't see the .00076 anywhere.
    They are marking up the money factor for extra profit.
