Can I please have the MF, RV and any available incentives on a 2020 BMW 230i Coupe in 34952 for 36/12? I was a BMW owner three years ago so I am not sure if I qualify for their current Loyalty Program. Thanks for the valuable information.

If it hasn't been in the last six months, don't think you'll qualify for loyalty
Hello, what is the MF, residual, any lease credits, incentives, or loyalty discounts for a 2020 BMW 230i Xdrive Coupe. Lease for 36 months, 10K a year. My zip code is 11209.

Thank you again. I am trying to figure this stuff out. Is the $3000 lease credit and $750 loyalty pre-insentive discounts which should come directly off the MSRP, or are these taxed intensives? I am trying to get the sale price around or below invoice if that is possible.

We don't have the numbers for HI; here are the numbers for SoCal:
.00128 and 53% $3000 lease credit
Thanks! My local dealer gave me an offer at .00168 that I thought might be a bit high.
Relatedly, do you happen to know how the "Upfront Charges" and "Advanced Payments" fees are calculated? I can't seem to make any rhyme or reason as to the figures provided to me.

.00168 MF is with maximum allowed markup.
If you post a picture of the document, we could decipher the numbers.

I figured there was a bit of markup. Not sure I'll be able to negotiate much being in Hawaii, it's not like I can go to another BMW dealership. Attached is the relevant part of the lease offer provided to me. I appreciate all the help!

Not as detailed as I hoped..
I see the sale price. Do you have the MSRP?
Advanced payment usually includes the first payment. Of course, we don't know which first payment they are using, because they gave you three choices. Upfront charges are usually license/registration.
I can't tell what is what. No mention of MSRP, $925 acquisition fee, or the actual adjusted CAP cost.
As is, it looks like a terrible deal (but, I don't know the MSRP... lol)
Unfortunately that's all they info they were willing to provide. MSRP is $36,995 and I believe includes the acquisition fee. So yeah, all around not a great deal. My real goal here was just to understand their process so that when I do find a specific car that I want, I'll know what kind of price I can expect.
It may be worth noting that we also briefly discussed a deal involving a trade in (they offered ~$2,000 for my Honda). I don't have the paperwork any more, but I do know that the "Doc Fee" stayed the same at $395, the "Advanced Payments" were reduced to $500ish, and the "Upfront Charges" went up by about $30. Perhaps that bit of info can shed some light on the situation.

It really doesn't .. We don't have enough anecdotal info about the fees in HI to know what they might be adding.
But, any deal where you get no discount is going to be a bad one.. Couple that with a money factor markup, and it's nothing but a home run for the dealer.
I know your location is going to hurt, but it's possible to inject some competition by considering other makes. And, even with no competition, there is no excuse for a dealership to not provide the actual numbers used and the calculations.
On another note, can I rent your place, next year?
Could I get the Mf incentives loyalty and residual for the m240i. It was 400 miles on so unsure if that would affect any numbers. 3 years 10k miles 77043

Thanks anyway. I did a bit of shopping around and all the dealerships are pretty stubborn negotiators and most have insane markups on their vehicles. Honda for example includes a $5k markup on every vehicle in their lot and their lease rates were significantly higher than BMW. It was more expense to lease a mid trim Civic than the 2 Series over a three year term.
BMW did say they were willing to work with me on the sales price a bit (for that $36,995 2 Series), but I'm more interested in building one online to have all the features and fluff that I'd like. The dealership said I could do that, but there would be zero room for negotiating the price and whatever the MSRP of the build is, that is what I would have to pay. Is that true for all you sophisticated residents of the continental states?

I'd be tempted to call a dealer in LA, and see what shipping would cost...
No, even ordered cars can be negotiated. Of course, what is on the lot is where the deals are.
You don't have to just accept their offer. Structure a deal that you think is fair, and present it to them. See where that gets you.
