    The effective discount is about 15% of MSRP, once we account for the incentive and that big dealer fee.
    That is on the edge of being a good deal.
    But, the money factor markup hurts.
    That adds about $29/mo. to the deal ($1044 extra)

    The same payment with just $2000 down would be pretty good.

    a new 2019 sDrive30i, 10k/36 months
    a pre-owned same specs, 3,800 miles
    a pre-owned, same specs, 1,085 miles

    My zip code is 33143 and I currently have a pre-owned BMW lease.

    Are these used, or are they former service loaner or demo vehicles? If the latter, simply subtract .25/mile from the residual value.

    If they have been previously sold and titled, we do not have any lease details for them.
