    Following up as an FYI - the dealers in this region (Dallas Ft. Worth TX) all appear to be swallowing the Lease Cash amount and also would not honor / pass along the Manufacturer provided Military Cash incentive of $400. Really unethical business practices going on with these dealers...

    These are lease incentives, which are not the same as purchase incentives.

    And, the $1000 purchase incentive is only if you take a finance rate that is marked up by 1%. Otherwise, no incentive on purchase, either.

    There's no way around it - dealers are marking up MF on the Telluride SX - especially the Prestige. Warning for folks - you'll pay $1000-$2000 more in MF markup if you get the car you want.
