Thanks! One more question, if I may. I just checked the Kia site and it says that there's $2500 lease cash for Sportage AWD and another $1000 loyalty. But, I've noticed here that sometimes what your numbers show are different than the manufacturer website. In cases such as these, should I be negotiating with your numbers or the offers from Kia's website?

Thanks! And this 3120 lease cash is good only 'til the end of January? Just trying to figure out when I should be negotiating since I have four more lease payments and I'm not sure if I have time or I should snap this up now. Your forum is so helpful!

If you have four lease payments left, wait until April or May to do your shopping. Those existing payments don't go away, and may end up as part of the new deal you try to make.

Not fun to pay for a car you aren't driving!

If OTD includes all taxes and fees, then yes, OTD and gross cap can be the same number.

What trim, and what is the MSRP for the car in question? Also, did they give you a lease payment?

Can I please have the MF, residual and lease incentives for the 2020 LX Sportage AWD, 36/10, 07719. Also do these numbers change if I elect to purchase extra miles. For example I woild like to purchase an additional 8000 miles a year, basically a 36/18 lease. Are the costs for the additional miles negociable and if so what would be a fair value, say $360 extra per year on lease?? or am I way off base. I am told it is cheaper to buy the miles going into the lease rather that pay an extra .15/.20 cents/mile overage at the end. You have given me excellent advise in the past. Thank you for it.

To purchase extra miles, you must first start with the 15K residual number.

You will pay a fixed rate for the extra miles (9000 total, in this case), and that amount is subtracted from the calculated residual, which makes for a higher payment.

Yes, better to purchase the extra miles up front, than have to pay a penalty at the end of the lease.
