    I can see they added Government Fees of 20$, Proc/doc fee of 265$ and capitalized taxes of $953 added to the selling price which is making the Adj cap cost to 31,750

    Yes including Tax... Closing the deal tomorrow.....Was trying for $320pm... but haggled a lot and was tired. went to 3-4 dealership. And the crazy part is they all started from $450+ pm with 2000$ down.
