Are dealers in SF Bay Area not offering any incentives? Surprising. They're effectively telling me $2k off of MSRP plus a money-factor that's marked up by almost $5k over the buy-rate. Maybe my expectations are wrong? I was expecting at least an "okay deal" (whatever that is--$5k off of MSRP and no markup on the buy rate?), given the car buying market.
(And to be clear the entire SF Bay Area is locked down until at least early June and my work is probably shut down for another 4 months at least. So we won't be driving the car much or at all for the next 3 months at least; maybe 7 months. So I'm not just trying to get a good deal - we genuinely can't drive much anymore. Seems odd that's not reflected in the price?)
