I'm curious as to the RV and Lease Incentives on a 2020 BMW x1 xDrive28i Term: 36/10 Zip: 23221
From what I've seen/read here, I understand the May RV is generally ~57% for 10k miles. However, is there any RV bump for an M-Sport X1 or any higher MSRP X1s?

All X1s have the same residual
Since it is a percentage, higher MSRP vehicles will have a higher residual amount.
Looking at leasing a 2020 X1 sdrive28i loaner with 3700 miles, 36/10, would like to get the MF, residual and incentives for 73120. Also, would a 15% discount off MSRP before incentives be fair since its a loaner, or is that not realistic? Thanks.

I just got this offer from a dealer on the 2020 X1 sdrive 28i loaner, wondering if its accurate, and if it seems like a good deal. I can't seem to get the same monthly payment when I calculate it (I'm using .00118 MF, not sure if dealer used that), but I may be missing something. You should work on a bigger discount - for service loaners, we recommend you target 15-18% off MSRP, before incentives.
Not sure that the LH calculator can account for the loaner miles - you need to subtract .25/mile from the calculated residual to account for them.

Yes, the LH calculator did take the mileage into account, and the RV the dealer gave me matched the RV on the LH calculator. I can't seem to duplicate their monthly payment.
They agreed to come down to $399 per month, with me still paying the fees and taxes up front, which I think puts the selling price at about 15% off before incentives, but I don't have all the numbers yet. $399/mo seems like a decent deal.

Better, but there may still be room to move on the selling price - another $500-1000 off MSRP would make it a much better deal.

This is the current deal I'm getting from the dealer:
MSRP: 41950 Discount: 7731 (18%) Sale Price: 34219 Doc Fee: 485 Residual Value: 23090 (57% RV with reduction for 3700 miles) MF: .00118 Total due at signing: $3056 ($485 Doc Fee, 1st Mos Pmt of $399, Tax & registration 1247, Acq Fee 925) Mo Pmt $399
I get $377 with these numbers, just wondered if someone could double check and see if the dealer's calculation is accurate. Wondering if there are some hidden fees added in somewhere.

If I add the $485 doc fee to the selling price, and reduce the residual value to account for the existing miles, I get $394/mo. So, closer to the dealer quote than your calculations.
What number are you using for the adjusted cap cost (I'm using $34,704) and the net residual value (I'm using $22,987)? Find out what the dealer is using for those values; that will likely explain the difference in the monthly payment.
I do know that the MF is more than 118 but was offset by a bigger discount. As long as those offset is it the same result for me or did I lose? Perhaps the dealer gets better commission on MF?

Thanks for the explanation, that's a shame for the Sales guy as he was nice so felt fine giving him a little extra as I did get what I was willing to pay. Didn't know the Finance guy would get it.
Everything i looked at was saying 10% off msrp is good, i ended up with 14%~ so thought that was great before incentives. I got what i wanted even though it was probably the 3rd or 4th "best offer" they could give me so i thought i reached the end of the rope but maybe not..
Thanks for the help, this thread and site was useful for a lease rookie.

All X1s have the same residual
Since it is a percentage, higher MSRP vehicles will have a higher residual amount.
